Today i got a response from someone named Bryan. It is another person who seem to not know what he is doing. He restored my account to my email, but the password he provided me with is not working. Also i wrote totally diffrent email that i wanted my account be restored to, it is second time that i got a reply from support and nothing comes up with it.

Just end this case please…
Omfg. I got a reply from someone from support but it is another incopetent person. PASSWORD IS NOT WORKING.

Do you even read what people write in there? I said twice to change my email to another one and you still change it to the account name that was at the beggining.

120830-007078 ticket from 30.08. i recived response but with invalid account name, i guess i should be prioritized too… 120904-003063 here is prioritizing ticket with more accurate data.
please do something, waiting for a week to be able to play is a bit too much, dont you think?

Hello there, I’m writing from my friends account. I’m Deathel.5380 and this is my story…
30.08 my account was hacked. I wrote a ticket (ticket number – 120830-007078) and after 3 days (1.09) I got a reply from “GM Wyrtas” with new Account Name and Password. Problem is, Mr. GM Wyrtas gave me invalid account name. Such as he wrote does not exist. I wrote a reply in the same ticket but after waiting 3 more days with no reply I wrote prioritized ticket (ticket number – 120904-003063, written yesterday) and I’m waiting to get my account back. I’ve been waiting almost a week to get my account back. The one who hacked my account has also changed server of my account, and now that we cant transfer for free anymore, I’m stuck on some annonymus server due to a mistake of a GM. As I wrote in ticket, I beg you to transfer my account back on Ruins of Surmia and quick response.
