Hi Mark Katzback,

Im posting this on behalf of my husband who 2 days ago (September 08, 2012) got hack and got his email and password changed. So we then filed for a ticket which replied to us an automated response on the self help process. We tried this like 10-15 times but kept giving us the same thing, “error contact support”. We replied to the email you guys sent us but until now we havn’t received any emails regarding our ticket. Please help us. thank you.
