since sigil of energy has 9 sec cd and i got it on both sets seems like fast hands isnt mandetory anymore
oh sword is for reaplying bleeds and hawing 2 blocking skills really helps missale deflection
u can get confusion(mace3 +burst) + blind + immobilize , but ye bleed and fire can be reaplyed quite offten
