Guild Wars 2

So I am just getting back into the game after a year of not playing and was wondering what is the current meta for a warrior that does mostly WvW and some pve. My account was hacked and I lost everything but I am working on regaining status just wondering what the current warriors are running trait points and skill bar wise. Thanks

So I am returning to Guild wars 2 after not playing consistently for about a year. I went through a fiasco a couple months ago with my account being banned for selling in game currency and found that it had been hacked by somebody in China. Well coming back to the game, it is a little different from before but the biggest problem is where to begin. I really love my level 80 Charr Warrior but went from being awesome to literally no armor, weapons or gold. So I just need some advice on where to start from scratch and armor and weapons to aim for. I am also intending to play consistently again so I am interested in guilds. Thanks for the help
