hundreds of posts stating the same things: can not believe we can be all liars, just the opposite.
Even if you were right, should tell us what kind of actions or common software could create false positiveness.
Since I did not bot, according to you, only 4 people are telling the truth? naaaaaaaaaa

btw there are just too many players banned, repeating the same thing over and over: maybe your poor implemented detection software gets fooled by a software many ppl use (firefox?, adware?)….

so all this mess is due to poor logs reading?
let me better understand: if i like farming a lot or playing the trading post, or leaving my toon idle while surfing wiki (aka, playing the game as it should be) could I be confused with a bot, because of my logs !?

2nd day passed for me and still no answers…
c’mon, it’s not rocket science!
there are too many posts telling the same things: hundreds in a few days
daily ticket numbers are >2k
stop calling all of us “botters” by stating only a very few % are false positives,
not all people lie just the opposite.

i never used third party programs in my life and i want a kitten piece of evidence of it
(just to know what happened and take care of it!)

you are hitting and losing the best part of you customer base: the most hard core ones, the dedicated, the ones who keep your world populated during nights and buy your stuff.

fine tune your bot detection tools: stop banning people for playing your TP or farming you mobs of going afk for dinner or real life issues
use a politer company policy: it is not the case of “permanently” terminate an account before a proper investigation took place

if you are using GMs to bust cheaters, please teach them common sense and how
your stuff works…

because, as a 40 years old video gamer (with a life), i couldn’t care less about “botting” and crap like that.
let’s wait a few more days (1 already passed); after, if i am not a “false positive” (omg sounds like a clinical test), the anti bot tool clearly doesn’t work properly.

just got banned for same reason as Elementalist Tan….. “botting, extended unattended play, using macros, or similar behaviour”
ofc i NEVER did any of this…..
when banned i was farming in frostgorge…
wth..plz unban me…
