Now that Dumbfire is gone....
Maybe necro’s can get some of their bleeds back? I’m not a fan of condition builds in anyway but I seem to remember grasping dead and mark of blood having their bleeding reduced in sPvP I think that this was directly related to dumbfire and at the time Anet seemed so hellbent on keeping that stupid trait on a class that never needed it.
Well now that dumbfire is essentially gone from any decent necromancer build…. Can they get some of their bleeds back?
LoL no

If someone says something ridiculous the only logical response is to just simply dismiss the person and the most effect manner is why a simple response.
This is an mmo forum, if someone isn’t whining chances are the game is dead.

Asking to get a bleed stack back now that the reason for those bleedstacks being removed has now been removed is ridiculous?
That logic.

He asked a question and I answered.
It’s not like he was wanting some complex formula or class comparison.
It twas a simple question with a simple answer.
Now if J wants elaboration I would be very willing to give said information and why my answer was no.
Nope necro is incredibly strong after the Nerf to lyssa and the new nightmare runes.
Dhuumfire didn’t technically get removed, it got put on deathshroud autoattack. Now you can use a terrormancer-dhuumfire build and choose to burst with doom and autoattack simultaneously. If you go DS> 2> 3> 1 it’s about a 7k condi burst (including terror) in sPvP. Change it slightly to 2> 5> 3> 1 and you guarantee that they’re moving for the torment then get immobilized at the end of the doom duration.

Roll a thief, they make a far, far better condition class than the necro does.
They siphon better, hit and run, stack conditions with ease, and are basically immune to conditions, as they just stealth and come back, again and again…
….they are the true attrition class.
Playing the engineer “as intended” is simply not viable.
Don’t worry Anet has a problem with splitted skills and with the current state of conditions in PvE, I think it’s most likelygoing to turn back to 3 stacks (on both skills).
