[PvX][Mesmer] Phantasmal Warden bug
I wouldn’t call it a bug per se, as it does what the developers intended when implementing the change, but it definitely can be a pain when you use wardens to place in strategic places. I for one would like the first attack to at least go off once before it dies. Maybe they could implement it so the first attack goes off immediately and the subsequent ones move next to enemies before attacking.
The bug in this is that my warden usually already IS next to its target when i summon it, and just wastes time by just standing there, doing nothing for no reason :-(
I don’t really mind my Warden following the target around as much as I mind him just standing idly, staring blankly at the enemies while their projectiles first evaporate him and soon afterwards me… That is clearly a bug, when he doesn’t even initiate his attack.
OH MY GOkittenhank you for bringing this up. This has been so effing annoying lately the warden just stands there and does nothing these days.
I agree, it’s so aggravating! Most of the time for me I summon it on a target that’s standing still so you’d think the “target acquisition” would be instant so it can start the animation, but noooo it has to stay there and look stupid until it dies.
What I miss most about old LA (pre-destruction) was
killing people with a portal from the top of the bank.

The initial attack should HAPPEN RIGHT AWAY. After the first spin, I’m fine with it repositioning or whatever it feels like doing.
