Deos Anet’s bloody madness last for 2 weeks or a month?

I wish I had known the Twilight Arbor – Living World achievement was only a two week affair. It would be cool if there was a countdown timer in each Living World achievement set, just like daily and monthly sets.

Sigh.

Does that mean that we have until November 11th to complete the achievements, or only until November 1st? I realise I’m bumping an old topic, but I’d like to be sure, so I know how much time I actually have. Could be that after Nov 1st there’s only vendors or something.
