It is nice that we can deposit our Quartz Crystals directly to our vaults like other materials. The pain is that you can’t use the QC’s directly from the vault. So I have go to a vault, get them out, then go find a skill point place of power to convert them.

Can they not be used at the place of power directly from your vault? Similar to the way other materials can be used from your vault when crafting?

Yes, this is a bit annoying. More waypointing to and fro to get the crystals out of the bank.

Keep the crystals in an invisible pack if you have one. You only need to keep 1 stack on you and they will never be automatically deposited

Pretty much exactly what I did.

But I will admit I thought it was pretty inconvenient. But I guess its assumed that everyone has at least one invisible bag (the alternative of not being able to deposit collectibles is a bit more annoying then making/buying a bag imo, so I can’t complain). Still would be something nice.

Though, except for crafting tables the game doesn’t ever seem to recognize anything that is automatically in your storage that I can think of.

Yes, I believe it was in the Patch notes (or at least listed in Dulfy’s guide) that you can only make 1 charged crystal per DAY, regardless of the Point of Power.

But it’s not crafting, per se. It’s more akin to the Mystic Forge or a trader which requires you to have your mats on-hand.

I Don’t know whether or not it’s true, i was just told that’s how it worked in map chat, i have yet to even try it.
