Purely aesthetic wise, which unlimited logging tool do you guys think looks better?

It depends on the character, my Sylvari necro has a fell set of Dreamthistle weapons, so getting her a Dreamcleaver axe was a nobrainer

The Chop-It-All fits nicely on my Asura engi.

Overall, I prefer the look of the Dreamcleaver, but I am a fan of things Sylvari-esque.

It’s all down to your personal taste. I think the Dreamcleaver axe has a nicer special effect, but the Aetherblade axe is a lot more intricate, with moving parts. (Zoom in and check out the “cutting blade” on the front of the axe while you’re chopping!)

Yep, that’s why I changed some stuff around (yeay for accountbound!) and now my Charr has the Aetherblade and my Sylvari has the Dreamcleaver (it would have been the other way around, if they hadn’t been made accountbound).

I like the nightmare one better, but I already owned the Aetherblade one and didn’t feel like paying EUR 12 just do update its looks.

Same here, Pixel. I was tempted to get the Dreamcleaver on my Sylvari, but she already has an Aetherblade axe and I didn’t think it was worth it. Since I’m sure the Dreamcleaver will one day come back as part of a sale, I’m just going to wait. If ANet releases more playable races (resulting in more characters for me), then I’ll pick one up down the line.
