I remembered I bought the pirate costume a year ago, but now I can’t find it on any of my characters. I think I might have deleted it accidentally along with one of my older characters.

Does Anet entertain such requests to retrieve it? I bought it a year ago before I took a year break from the game, and I have no idea when it was lost. I hope the purchase log still kept it.

No I don’t mean duplicate costumes. This has nothing to do with wardrobe annoucement (except that now it is announced I really want it back T_T).

I mean costumes I’ve bought and somehow gone which I suspected deleted along with one of my characters.

Support often can help with gem purchased items as long as they were bought with real money. If you bought it with gold, perhaps not. Apparently they don’t keep records of purchases made with gold.

This is not true. I got gems refunded in the past, that i have bought with gold.

And I’ve read posts where people said they didn’t get refunds for deleted items bought with gold, so like I said, perhaps not. It depends and they’ve never said on what exactly. He can only contact support and see what they say.
