Gem Store is broken ATM & cause rollbacks [Merged threads]
I have this problem too. I can’t use the tabs in the gemstore, it stucks on it’s “starting” screen and nothign happens if i click on Minis, Upgrades… The other parts of the TP is just working fine but i need the gemstore now. I already tried to delete the local.dat file but it didn’t helped.
Same issue here, cannot view any of the tabs on gem store, tried re-logging a few times still the same issue, been trying for 2 hours btw.
EDIT: Asked a few of my guildies and they are having the same issue.

Yep, same for me.
My BLC Gem Store is not functioning.
The basic window opens up, but I cannot access the various tabs- consumables, fashion, etc.
Is this a known bug or is there something wrong with my client?
Log out, and then back in. Usually fixes most issues like that.

Same here. Just bought gems to add character slot but can’t access any of the tabs.

I’ve been having the same issue for the past hour. I already tried re-logging a few times.
I reported a bug about this but yesterday bought gems which showed up then purchased keys and a magic find booster which took the gems out of my account but then the items never showed… Still haven’t showed as of 2 hours ago.
Was working last night, but today the store tabs/search are not working. So i’m unable to buy mystic forge stones.

If you have any emails, try deleting some (even if there is less than ten) – that got (spam first) emails to show up that included my gem store purchases.
