Still getting empty Trading post screens… All are like this. Some people say it is working for them… what can I do to get it working for me?

Any word on when the gold is coming back? I’m still missing 3 gold.

They said that all of the lost gold/items will be returned tonight. Hopefully they stick to that statement.

Just sold two dyes but never received the money after I hit the pick up button.

YES I even tried changing my UI size and my resolution nothing helped.

Around 11p.m.(UTC+8), when I remove item which is sell on Trading Post, it remove success, but until now still can’t found that item return in interface Pick Up page

I got 40 silver out of the 80 silver I lost but still am in need of some more help.

Update: The buy orders I had finally posted (almost 24 hours later) and cancelling them returned the gold I was missing. The issue was causes by trying to place multiple orders that didn’t appear to go through when submitted but actually did. So for those missing Gold hopefully your error will be the same and you can get your buy orders back or else end up with several items of whatever you were buying.

im still down 4g and its from one single buy order.

Trading Post is not updating quantities or prices when you search for something. Veronica Dye has been showing 40 copper/199 available for two household accounts, but when you click into it, there are only 8 available at 49s95c

Almost every dye I clicked into has this issue

I only got 1 gold back from the 6 gold and 80 silvers I lost…

I still need to get back 5 gold and 80 silver…

I hope they do this by midnight…

This is how my Trading Post / Gem Store UI looks like:

Once of my buy orders for 90 Vials of Potent Blood finally came up, but the other (another 1g) is nowhere to be found.

Money is charged for putting up sell orders up front, which is fine, but money is also skimmed off the top for each transaction part of that sell order. IE if I sell one of the 10 items in the order, I get a percentage of the price I’m selling at. Either this needs to be disclosed or it should not happen.

Transaction and order fees are way too high… ~5% for putting orders up, and about the same per transaction.

Trading post selling prices and quantities have still not updated from what they were when I first posted about them…

Buy and sell orders that are at the same price are honored in “last in first out” when it should be “first in first out”

I still didn’t recieve my 5.8 gold that is left… sigh…

If they didn’t put 10% charge on top of the sold value the TP would stillbe “down for maintanance”.

My resolution is 1360×768 and I need to use the Small Interface because of my HDTV’s size. Also I love to see as much of the world as possible. However, when making my interface smaller, it seems to scale down the text in the Trading Post as an image would. This makes it near impossible to read and can strain your eyes. See attachments for a clearer picture of the not-so-clear text.

1st attachment is using the Normal sized interface
2nd attachment shows the difference when switching to the Small interface.

Can’t sell or buy items on the trading post.
I was able to buy a few items yesterday night, but that quit on me a few hours in.
The “buy” or “sell” button isn’t clickable (is that a word?). I can browse a refresh items, though!

Still didn’t recieve the full gold…

I’ve lost around 4g, i just received 25s… i don’t know if it’s from a sale, since i can not see the sold tab, or just part of my 4g.

I was able to get 118 gems for 30 silver in game, is this a bug?

I still need to get my 4G back.
I am unsure whether or not it has come in parts, but I am 100% sure that I did not get 4G a total sum in my pickup spot.

Please fix this!!!

ok I also used the gems to get a pet pack and got 3 pets, equiped one and still have it to trade or sell.

I removed two pieces of Berserker’s Exalted (cloth exotic) gear from the trading post last night, because a lot of people undercut me and I needed to put them up lower. When I checked the Pick-up Tab, it was totally empty! The trading post ate 8-9g worth of gear from me! How do I get them back?

I need the 5.8 gold still…

still missing around 5g as well. from the first couple of attempts when i noticed the errors. received (i think) everything after that. so they might be working backwards?

wait over half day, still can’t get my remove item and coin from some sold item which list in “My Transactions” tab

Sold an item a couple of days ago to see if it work, sold a head gear for 4sildver 50c, they show in the gathering your stuff tab, but the button to take it is greyed, i’m not sure if the money goes straight in your inventory or not, in usual AH it doesn’t so i’m a bit confused.

I’m still missing 16 Bone Shards that you see highlighted in this screenshot… I requested 40 of them at 75c and only received 24 of them.

i have a kind of issue with the font. i can’t read it. oddly, all other boxes in the game are fine, but the font in the trading post is kind of squeezed as though it’s under-sized. not sure if it’s because i’m using a 1600×900 resolution because my wife’s 4×3 monitor shows the trading post just fine.

otherwise, all good for the most part.

Can sell stuff on trading post. Buy things on main page, but cannot search anything at all.

Shorting on the trading post doesn’t work properly. I checked the what I’m selling tab and shorted by price… Everything is sooo wrong.

I posted up an exotic before downtime today. When I returned after downtime, I lost my item and did not receive any money. This means I am out over 3g.

They should just take the trading post down again I think.

Between lost gold and 10% hidden fees, it almost seems better to just merch and hold onto items than risking it.

Lost 2 exotic items yesterday by clicking “remove”.

Still missing some money or items.

Yesterday I bought silver ore for approx 10s, my money was deducted but trace of the transaction and no silver ore! Celtic Fire And Ice, server Ring Of Fire.

STILL missing my 1g. Dragonbrand server.

Got 4 gold back, still missing 3 g or my black dye.

Trading company is still not working for me.
Completly, i was not able to use it even once, since the start of the game.

Despite reading today that the trading post/auction house was fixed, I am still having issues. (The trading post has only worked once for me in the last 2 weeks, these issues have been on going.)

Can’t sell items: I can’t sell items either directly from my inventory or by going to the actual page and clicking the “sell my items” tab. When I don’t get an “under construction” sign, the screen just stays blank and hangs.

Can’t buy items: While sometimes I can search for items, I am never able to buy them – the “buy” button is ALWAYS greyed out. I’ve tried fiddling around with amounts, checking different boxes to buy from different sellers, and I’ve tried to place orders. Placing orders doesn’t work, either. I also cannot preview items when I search for them when hovering. (Re Animate Her, Sanctum of Rall.)

Similar to other folks, I’m getting the blank screens when trying to sell items. Also, my “Buy” button is grayed out and unclickable, rendering me unable to purchase anything off the trading post. Previously, I was able to both buy and sell perfectly fine, however, in the past couple of days I’ve noticed this change persisting. I’ve tried restarting, and that’s it. I don’t want to both with repairing as that likely won’t fin the problem.

I’m running windows xp home with a radeon hd4870 x2 graphics card. The card has been discontinued.. but drivers are still up to date and shouldn’t be causing any problems.

Also, is there anything that can be done about the size of the text inside of the Trading Post when using the smaller user interface? As is, the resolution of the letters is terrible and looks awful.

I Think all of us here would appreciate any kind of update regarding the status of the Trading Post and taking into account the common issues people seem to be having.. which are blank screens, missing gold, missing items, text problems, and buying and selling.

[BUG] [SUGGESTION] Unable to verify change or cancel posted buy/sell orders!

This should appear in transactions, as it is the pending tab.

this feature is needed so we can specially verify, change or cancel posted buy orders. Currently the buy orders are insane with still 20k buy/sell ordes on a price that won’t be met! Part of these people want to change prices, ajust to market, etc.

I cant seem to use the trading system at all, the last time I tried to buy something the game took the money but did not give me the items I ordered. also whenever I try to buy something the box that says “buy” goes grey and will not let me click on it.

not that im complaining now but the trading post seems to be giving me stuff
i ordered 100 copper ore and i got 111… i think i didnt get charged extra but i dont know if the guy who sold it to me got his money…
please fix the trading post
