Guild Wars 2

Doing transactions to craft things for profit and skillups ended up in me losing all my money. I’ve placed orders to buy some materials but all the money was gone and no materials delivered. The “things im buying” doesnt show anything nor does the “things i’ve purchased/sold” show anything

I tried to list items on the trading post with a few of my characters and all I get is a error message.

Any solutions?

I can’t buy or sell anything, just browse itens. Is it intentional? thanks

Well all Black Lion Trading Company applications are blank for me.
People told me to restart my client but that didnt help even after I restarted my client several times.
Anyone else having this problem?

So I logged on the gameserver and pressed “O”. The Black lion trading company pops up and the screen is blank. Its like I can’t access the game for some reason. So I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips if this is a hardware problem or a bug in the game and also how to solve this problem.

I can buy items without any problems, just can’t sell anything.

so I basically put up that i wanted to buy 10 vial of powerful blood for X amount, shortly after TP went down for a few days and when it went back up today the money I put up for the vials are gone and I didn’t get any vials.. anything that can be done?

There seems to be a flaw with trading. I posted unidentified dye at say 2 silver. The trading post lists unidentified dye at 6 silver. The post should always list the lowest available price. When the item is sold the next lowest price should be offered and so on.

When I try to sell something on Trading Post this is what I get… I can’t sell anything

I put my item up, it disappears from the “Currently Selling” tab, appears in the “Sold” tab, and when I go to Pick-Up I see I have 0 copper.. Is there some sort of delay? Or did I lose my money..?

I had this issue too, restarting fixed it for me. Have you tried that? Has this always happened?

Whenever I try sending a mail, I get the “processing previous mail” error, which stops me from sending it. If I try to sell on the trading post, it says an error which prevents me from selling stuff, and when I try to transfer server, it stays on the transfer screen for about 10 minutes, logs me off, then when I log back in, I’m still on the same server. It’s been like this for 3-5 days now :/.

heard that someone is using tp, but i still get the same blank interface as always

it could be a couple of things. 1 is that its delayed as i had this problem but got the money later on or u could have sold it to the lowest seller as there wasnt a buyer and if this happened then check ur recent listings and see if its on there and then when some 1 wants to buy it ull get the money then.

could you try a “-repair” on your game? it might fix it for you. Sometimes all those mini updates cause your game to do things its not supposed to. using a -repair can then help solve it.

how much later on did you get the money? I’ve been waiting about 6-7 hours now

I’ve been getting the same thing since beta. I also can’t buy anything on the trading post either.

Very same issue here. What OS are you folks using? Win XP SP3 here. Old, I know. I would love to get my BLTC fixed, even posted a ticket to support but it remains unanswered.

If you’re using Vista/7 you might want to try change (or disable) the compatibility mode of GW2.

well i came off for the night and when i logged in the morning it was there already but dont forget they r still having issues with it and they already stated that lost money or items will get sent to u at some point

I have the exact same problem since headstart..

Can’t buy/sell anything either. Buy/sell buttons are greyed out no matter what.

im using windows 7 64x and chaging compability didnt help

is there a link/quote from anet saying i’ll eventually get my items/money? I have alot more stuff to put on the TP but I’m afraid i will lose everything

Are you sure you are picking up the money the right way?

First of all you need to be sure that your products are indeed sold. If you are sure about that (you see money appear in the bottom tab of the black lion trade screen), do you pick it up at a salesman in game? clicking the button there does not work, you have to visit a trade dude.

For as far as i know there should be no delay between someone buying your item and you receiving your money.

ok i fixed this, I did a repair on the client and the trading post worked! hope this helps.

The stuff that sells right away, I get the money instantly. But the stuff I leave sitting on the TP, I check back in 10-30 minutes and that’s when I don’t get the money. I’ve sold plenty of stuff with the “match buyer” and received money.

how do i do a repair for my client?

1) Locate your Gw2.exe file.
2)Right-click on the file and select Create shortcut.
3)Rename this new shortcut to Guild Wars 2 Repair.
4)Right-click on Guild Wars 2 Repair and select Properties.
5)Locate the Target line and add -repair to the end.
Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\gw2.exe” -repair
6)Click OK.

and run the new .exe you just created

i can search but cant buy, its grey and cant sell because my inventary keeps showing blank, and im realy full of things -_-

So today i was trying to sell some items that i craft from leatherworking and after i put them in the trading post, they vanish and i didnt get nothing, i try to check the “items sold” and nothing no record fo the items….

this happend before in one of the test that Anet did with the trading post…

Nope, repairing client didn’t help here. :’(

I too am reciving this error and it is really delaying my progress through the game and crafting having to find my own mats because I cannot sell items to get money. I can however buy items.

aww im sorry guys.. but i repaired and then launched the game waited 20 seconds for the trading post to load and it worked.. good luck!

my TP worked about 4 days ago once. It hasn’t worked for a while now. Still nothing here – just blank.

I even tried -repair on my game and that didn’t help :/

I can do everything but sell my stuff. The screen comes up blank, I can interact with every other panel.

My issues with the Trading Company:

1. I entered a quantity of 10 for the item I wished to purchase. I pressed the Buy button and did not receive the transaction successful screen. I pressed the button a few more times and still did not receive the success screen. I then checked the Pick Up items tab and saw that I did in fact purchase all those stacks but never received the success screen.

2. I searched for an item, found it, and bought it. I then tried to search for another item and encountered a couple different errors – Sometimes, I cannot type in the search box – it appears to be selected and the cursor appears there but when I type I open bags and other screens. Other times, I am able to enter the text and hit search but when I click on the next item, it forces me back to the search.

I was able to fix these two scenarios by selecting a different tab in the trading company and then coming back to the search page. So, I have to switch tabs between all searches.

3. I was standing in front of a Trading Post NPC performing a search. I completed the purchase and before I could get the items, the NPC disappeared. This was in the crafting area of Divinity’s Reach.

I was able to locate another NPC in Queensdale to complete my transaction. That NPC is now gone so I found another in Hoelbrak. I’m not sure if these are “traveling vendors” or something but I keep having to find them to get the items I purchase. I’d be happier if the items were simply mailed to me upon purchase since I can buy them remotely.
