I just wanna make sure you talked to a tradepost npc to open to the window then press take all.

I too am having this problem. Although I have also noticed that I cannot buy anything right now. I can, however, sell things, but I can’t pick anything up. I had a buy order placed maybe 30 minutes ago or more and I “bought” those items, but cannot retrieve them. It seems no one in /m is experiencing the same problem,,,

Some Items icons are not displaying at My Transaction and Pick Up. Only showing black box.

Same thing with me, I bought a bunch of stuff Now i can no longer purchase anything.

yeah thats happen to me a few times atm -_-

I brought 100ore’s and went to the “Items am buying” and it didnt show up, nor did i actually get the ore’s. feel out of pocket now -_-

same happened to me, but mine is gems.
i purchased 1g of gems in September 3 or 4, and i was suppose to receive 3XX gems. However, the trading post took my gold, but i don’t see my gems anywhere. ( no gems’ number appears on interface).
couple min ago, my friend told me to buy 1s gem to see what would happen, and i did.
still the same problem….

Having sold a fair amount of goods, i noticed that the profits from the sales are not appearing in my “Pick Up” tab on the trading post.

Also, the gold that i’ve put up for custom purchase orders is not refunded when i cancel the order.

When I cancel a sale of an item, the items are not returned to me.

The trading post has turned into a black hole for all my gold and items.

I ended up buying some mini packs through gems and got a number of mini ettins. I put three of them up for sale on the trading post and it looks like it ate them. I went to bed with them on there and woke up with the trading post down the next day. When it came back up, they were gone along with all the other gear that I had put up.

Is it even worth arguing to get these items recovered? or am I completely borked over by the ToS?

Same for me, items sold, transactions showing as sold – no cash received.

Also, couldn’t buy anything either – BUY button greyed when clicked, became clickable again (one would assume at that stage you’ve bought it !) – no items listed in transactions as buying or bought, no cash removed.

Whenever I try to buy anything on the trading post, I hit buy and the all it does is the button greys out and it doesn’t buy the item. Also, when I sell something the currency doesn’t show up in the pick up section.

just 30mins or so before server gone to reboot I lost functionality to place any buy/sell order, as well if someone buy something from my already set orders or I removing any my order from transaction listing items/money not appearing in “pick-up” screen. Log clearly shows that I sell lot of stuff during last hour but I didn’t get any money nor items that I removed from orders. As well I can sell directly from my inventory and still no money in “pick-up”.

I’m having several issues with the Trade Broker.

When trying to buy items – I can select filters and browse items, but when I select an item, I’m unable to see the stats of the item when I mouseover. I’m also unable to actually buy the item as the Buy button is grayed out. The only button on the item page that I can click is the Refresh button.

When trying to sell items – No items from my inventory show up. The page is blank except for the words “Search inventory…” at the top and the sort menu.

Under My Transactions, the sort menu is blank until I actually click on it and select something. When I select “Items I’m Selling..” I see the list of items I posted the last time the Trade Broker let me post items (Though I’ve never been able to buy items). However, when I attempted to remove some of the items from the Broker, it removed them from the list but the item never appeared back in my inventory (so I’m assuming I’ve lost them for good?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else having the same issue?

I can’t buy anything on the Trading Post – When I go to an item’s page to buy instantly or place an order I can click the button (which goes into it’s “clicked” state) and then after a few seconds it goes back to being clickable and nothing is changed. Nothing appears under my purchases, I have nothing to pick up, I have lost no gold.

However, I can sell things perfectly fine.

Yesterday I was getting a related problem where I couldn’t even click the buy or place order buttons at all, but this new situation isn’t much better!

Things I’ve tried to alter in the hope of fixing this:

- Making sure I had inventory space / enough money
- Attempting to buy at the trading post NPC and away from them
- Buying different items

Nothing works. Please help!

Same problem. I sold about 3 gold worth of stuff and it didn’t appear in the currency tab. Also, I couldn’t exchange gold for gems.

When you are selling, are you getting the money for your sold items? Can you check because i’m having the same symptoms as you, and i’ve lost all my trade profit with no gold showing up in my account for sold goods.

I’ve only noticed this in the past hour since I got home from work…

I placed an order for 100 Linen Scrap, It’s hard to see on the ‘Items I’ve Bought’ section because it’s all little stacks of them because that is the way it was fulfilled I guess, but I only managed to collect 66 of them, figuring there were still more coming.

But then I placed an order for 100 Platinum Ore, and within a few seconds it showed I had 2 pieces waiting to pick up.

But now under ‘Items I’ve Bought’, It shows 3 lines for the Platinum Ore, 1 line of 28, 1 line of 2, and 1 line of 70, but still I have nothing left to collect, just the 2 I collected a few minutes beforehand.

The Linen Scrap is still impossible to work out because it’s split between so many lines and you can’t scroll down/change page.

Short version: Trading Post is ripping me off and not giving me my full order even though it appears under ‘Items I’ve Bought’ as being all supplied.

At least you’ve gotten some of the items, some of us have totally lost all gold or items we’ve put into the TP.

i am also having this trouble!, i hope they figure out that we havent picked them up and give us the items when they fix this problem

The 66 Linen Scrap instead of 100 I could live with, but the 2 Platinum Ore instead of 100 hurts, that means I paid 11s for just 2 pieces.

They do track transactions, so you should get your money eventually, albeit 3 days time

5 days ago I put my black dye on the trading post, however soon after I put it on I wanted to cancel it because I put it on for too much so I clicked remove. The item never appeared in my “pick up” tab, I’ve made a couple of bug reports in game and given it some time, but it looks like I won’t be getting it back.

I could really do with that 2-3 gold it’s worth

I’m having the same issues one time I relogged and was able to use it for a whole 2 seconds before all items I wanted to sell wouldn’t show up again and it is getting really out of hand because well… i’ve got tomuch junk I wanna sell for a nice little profit than vendor it for space

Im having the same issue as the OP i can sell things fine and get the money but I just cant buy anything click buy then does the same goes into its clicked state then back to normal ive lost no money and nothing happens.

I’ve been testing this.

This is especially bad with high volume items.

Just put in a buy order for 150 copper ore – only 137 came back.

I’ve lost about 1 gold to this by my calculations This sux!!!

Yeah I’ve had to vendor quite a bit just to keep inventory space. :-/ I’m sure I’m way behind on wealth at this point.

Open a ticket. They have logs of everything. You’ll get it sorted.

I think it was an issue when they were testing to trade post. Buying gems was really slow and if you bought something with those gems you would never get the item you purchased. as of right now just send in a ticket (support form) and wait. but dont forget its going to take a while as recovering accounts is a high priority at the moment.

I sold many item on there earlier and still have not received the silver for them. I also purchased Gems and they haven’t shown up as of yet. Sounds like the same issue they had a few days ago.

As the thread title states, I am currently unable to make any sort of custom orders. This has been since the most recent 5/9/12 patch. Yesterday trade was working just fine. As well, I sold a shield this morning or 9.5s or thereabouts and DID NOT receive any sort of payout via the Black Lion trader nor miraculously in my inventory. Randomly I am unable to make any sort of BL purchases at all.

I did a map-poll and several other people were having similar issues. Anecdotal, but still.

hey the action house just got bugged after the new builth
i have been buying rawhide leather section all night and reselling it for profit

after the builth i cant find any of the leather i have buyed or sold ( i whas watching a movie while i whas doing this ) so not sure if it sold someting or if it buyed anything

when i check items im selling/items im buying are empty ( no rawhide leather section’s)
but still i dont have the gold i shud have (1.5g)

so it lost my gold from buying or it lost my leather i gues u guys can find out wich one in a log

i know this isnt realy easy to read havent slept much / hard to explain i gues it’s simply gone also loads of other people on my server have this ( seen some people complain in /map in lions arch)

Having same issue. I’ve tried numerous characters and different towns. Cant buy anything. I wish I would have known this sooner, I salvaged all my weapons in lieu of buying new ones…

Same for me, can’t buy a thing! Hitting the buy button doesn’t do anything…

Same, and my “items I’ve bought” list is not updating. Items are stuck on “seconds a go” although it happened hours a go, before the patch…

I’m having the same problem as well. This started happening to me right after I updated to the new build.

I also sold a bunch of item on the trading post after this new build and I didnt get any of my gold. I also don’t have the items and my transaction history is blank.

pretty much the same here no idea about transaction history since all say Second’s ago even for stuff wich where like 8 hours ago

Same thing happened to me, after the last build, I can’t get anything from the trading post. But the transaction history is not blank.
