this glitch bug thing is so annoying its doing the same thing to me and i literaly have about 80silver in there and cant get any off it can use please fix this its getting really annoying…

Well i noticed when selling I dont get the cash either doesnt appear at the trading post, my GF just tried to buy something and it worked for her without issue.

Same here, no items, no gold plus i can’t order things. Pushing the button doesn’t do anything.

On my account when I open the Trading Company from a vendor or from in world ( O ) key. The box opens up but aside from the title and the side tab buttons nothing shows up at all in the body of the box. It is completely blank. The Trading company was working for me on Sept 2nd. Sept 3rd all of the body showed it was down for maintenance. Sept 4th and today it is totally blank. Anyone else have this issue? I tried switching characters restarting the client and all the same thing. Please give me some/any suggestions.

Lucky or not I am not the only person facing this bug.
In addition the items appeared in the Sold tag under transactions, though nobody is paying the fee…

Same thing has happened to me. I put some stuff on the Trading Post when they were testing it, and never got any gold or my items back. I tried it day before yesterday (after it had been supposedly fixed and was available to everyone) and put alot of metal and leather up for sale and never saw any gold and nothing on my history, just like tribeca.

I have the same problem, I have sold and not received the gold for it. So I removed the other items i had for sell, and although they disappeared from the selling menu, they did not show up in my inventory either, so when I hit remove, it completely removed the items from existence.

Having the same problem. Just bought a Midnight Ice Dye, lost the 1g 15s, and never got the dye. Nice.

Reporting in that I have had the same problem, losing profits and items. Very sad because prior to this latest update, TP has worked fine for me any time it’s been up.

i’m placing orders for 32s for 200 items, i received only 104 items, and the money is gone.
When selling 200items i should get 40s-2s fee, but i only get 36s

I was playing with trading post today, trying to buy at low/sell at higher prices and noticed that I suddenly started receiving less amounts of item than I ordered! Now i tried placing an offer to buy 100 jute scrap at 24, paying 24silver. Some minute later, i received only 85 jute scrap and “My transaction” tab shows i am no longer buying any more Jute Scrap – so i lost some money this way.

Seems to be a serious issue

It’s quite obvious that this Trading Post is not working. I’d like to see one (sorry) like World of Warcraft or Star Wars: The Old Republic, games I USED to play before GW2. I love this game, but this whole Trading Post is a big problem for me because it’s hard enough to earn money in this game and without the Trading Post working correctly, almost impossible. I’m sure I’m missing something about making money though because there are enough items in there that take quite a bit of gold….so someone has figured it out, lol.

Same happened to me, items or gold are lost and we are losing a lot of money this way, they should shut down the market and try to find the bug as soon as possible..

Since the maintenance after 3AM CST the trading post owes me well over 3g. I hope this issue is corrected and people get their owed money soon! Sucks that I put the time and effort into this game to have it wasted. This TP can be so good, yet so bad at the same time.

I sold some items i made with crafting, when I counted I would end up on 4g total after everything sold. When I returned to look my “items i am selling” list is empty, but there is nothing to collect.

I also have trouble buying items, the button greys out but then becomes clear again without anything happening.

Please solve this quickly before more items go to waste.

Same here, I sold 40 orichalcum ore for over 1 gold as well as some gossamer scraps for 20s and I didn’t get any gold
Hope this resolves quicly because I am broke.

This is the forum for bugs, yet I see nothing from Admins or Dev’s. It would be nice when I check back later today to see some kind of response Other than this Trading Post stuff, I’m loving the game.

same here – things just dont add up.

I’m trying to buy something on the trading post and no matter how many times I click the buy button, and no matter what prices I put in, whether it’s a custom price or the lowest currently selling price, or even a few coppers higher, nothing happens when I click the buy button.

Same as you Mikro,except I was buying copper ore, and i lost almost 250 units of copper ore!

Happening to me as well had a bunch of items for sale over night, the only money I received in the pick up tab was stuff I presume was sold before the new build anything after has not appeared in the pick up tab.

Just put some gems on the TP and they did sell according to the transactions tab but again nothing in the pick up tab and I also can seem to buy anything right now either.

Buy button in the trading post is not working. It seems this bug is only for certain people, as I asked around and others can buy?

Wife and I both having similar problems. Trying to buy items. Place the order, click “Buy,” the button grays out, but then nothing happens. We can change screens, close out, do whatever, but the TP doesn’t take our money and doesn’t deliver the items (at least not yet—anticipating I’ll log in tomorrow and find I’m out a couple silver and have a bunch of extra onions :-)

TP is definitely getting better. Still needs tweaking though. The devs must just be banging their heads against the wall by now.

Update: wife just reported it’s working for her. Still not working for me though.

Same issue, send in a bug report and send them a message on twitter, you should all do the same if you haven’t already hopefully they will fix it quickly.

Bump! Same issue seems to be a large error. The trading post is good if it worked properly. Hope this issue has been noticed and will be fixed soon.

I do suggest to pay attention before clicking Take All and see if you really didn’t get the money back. It sometimes happens, that the item you placed a bid on was already bought by someone else just milliseconds before you. In those cases you might not get the total amount, but you do get the money for the missing amount back, at least I always got the money back.

From last patch I can’t buy items and if I put something in the shop, it simply disappear…

Same here. Transaction recorded I sold two of my crafted rares but I received no payment.

Hopefully anything can be done about this? Or I will have to stay off Trading Post for a while. No sense losing items and money at the same time.

i am having the same issue i want to progress in crafting but i cant

I’m out around 2g so far. I listed a bunch of things and they are just gone. I also placed an order, received half of the order and now the rest is gone. In a game where money is hard to come by at first, this is beyond frustrating.

Seeing as how in-game gold equals gems equals real life cash, this is real life money down the drain. Great!

I could access the TP when disabling AVG. You guys might want to check that.

I can see that my first issue has been reported by several people now but no official response in regards to this. I was buying Glob of Ectoplasm in bulk and spent rather a lot of gold on them. First time I received a few missing and the second time I still haven’t received any and it has been over 2 hours and I didn’t received the gold back.

My second issue is that I upgraded to Digital Deluxe via gems and I do not have access to the Elite skill, though it isn’t really affecting my game play it is rather annoying not to have it as an option after paying for it.

I submitted bug reports in regards to both but like I expected haven’t heard a thing.

Pretty much the same as above.

I fancied myself a Mini Logan Thackeray. Pressed the “Buy” button (it was 88 silver) and It took my money but gave me an error such as “No network connection” or the like. The game was kind enough not to disconnect me for not having a connection, though.

I have fallen victim to this also. Set in 5 buy orders for stacks of 250 items at 75silver per stack and they hadn’t bought. This morning I removed the buy orders, but my money is totally gone. Incredibly annoying to lose all the money I have made.

Also I have some runes up for sale, I am hoping the money/items don’t disappear there.

I had a bid for an amulet for 1g25s29c and when I cancelled it, I didn’t receive my money back QQ.

The same thing happens to me. I have the choice to sell but no option to buy. But when i cancel my “sell” items, they don’t return to TP like they should and have previously. Since the update the TP has been the worst yet for me. At least when i couldnt get on i accepted that. When i choose the buy option it stays greyed out. It seems to be a mass issue of money going missing/goods missing/not correct amount etc. Any fix would be appreciated by us all

I opened a ticket, but just curious if this has happened to anyone else. I sold some things to the highest bidders, but I never got the coin for it. Its just Not showing up under the ‘pick up’ tab.

Did you visit a trading merchant?
You can not receive the currency from random points in the game.
The only way to receive your coins is to visit a trading merchant in game.

I was selling my “abyss dye”, but nobody was buying it. So I cancelled the auction and the dye disappeared. Anyone else got a problem with the TP? And I really would like the dye back.

Its not even showing that I even have coin to collect.

I can’t buy anything cos hitting the buy button not working. It start working then nothing happens. Selling works for me.
