Same here, lost 5 or 6 gold on the trading post. Clicked to buy an item, nothing happened so I tried again and again. Suddenly I only got back my coin for the first purchase and the next 5 are lost…

is broken. I am just posting so that ArenaNet sees the issue. I’ve lost about 2 gold… that makes about 5 gold lifetime that the trade post has lost.

Am I ever going to see it again?

i have the same problem. i bought a couple crystal shards and nothing. took my money tho.

This isn’t really a bug, but it’s so important that i consider it as a bug because the Arena net must probably have forgot it or something.

Arena net said that GW2 was a lot about appearances and having cool looking gear and stuff like that. So WHY is there not a preview option in the Trading post?

Who wants to buy cool weapons or armor in the trading post without even having the ability to preview the items.

I can’t belive that this haven’t been added yet.

When you place buy orders it sometimes doesn’t go through eating your money but not showing the order.

Me too. I just lost heaps of money, I had a few gold in sales, pressed “Take All” and it disappeared……

Just lost a bunch of money for after purchasing something…. No money, no items, all gone….

Guess the system still isn’t ready for primetime.

Probably not from my experience with the support they have, its just pure garbage…

Hi, as others have reported, I’ve lost approximately 60 silver tonight (pretty much all my money). When executing a buy order, I clicked the accept button however it didn’t go through. Thinking it was a ui bug, I clicked it a couple more times. It appears that the buy order value has been deducted from my character however no buy order is present on the system. As such, I can’t cancel anything to get my money back.

Just lost 8 gold to the trading post. =\

At least Arenanet doing one thing well, keep inflation in check!!

Yeahp, same deal here. Selling items, getting no cash. Not even showing up.

Also ate all of my gold. More like 95% of it.
I had about 1 gold 20 silver. Now I have 6 silver, with nothing to show for it: Meaning no buy orders that I could at least cancel.

This happened to me overnight as well. Shows up in my ‘sold’ item log but no silver was sent for any of the transactions.

Same problem, when i placed a “buy” order i took my gold but when i checked the transaction tab there was no order listed so it basically took my gold. Do you think Anet will refund us our gold?

I have a similar problem. I get “network error” when I place my order. My money vanishes but no items show up in the pick-up tab.

Probably over 2 gold worth at this point. I did read that transactions have been recorded and this may be fixed but it won’t hurt to report that it’s still going on.

Sold some trading mats plus some dye to the highest bidder, the transactions show on my log but there’s no money to collect. I hope it’s just some delay on the part of the system.

i have the same… just lost 4.5 gold

If I press O to open the trading post I see a yellow loading circle… This circle stays there forever I even let the window open for half an hour and it was still loading.
I have never even seen the trading post… It doesn’t matter if I restart the game or not the TP will not load.

Tried to buy some large scales for 1g and suddenly I lost over 4g and got nothing…

same here. around 5g lost in the confusion when trying to place buy orders.

yeah i just lost well over 1G down to nothing now! what the chances of us getting it back?

i’ve just done bug report, i sold some items in trading post (13 silver) but i never found anything in “pick up” label.

Adding my name to this list. I bought 5 Powerful blood twice. Took my 50+ silver each time, and i got nothing.

Chiming in, same problem here. Items that were sold aren’t even showing up in the proper order(time wise) and no silver was showed to collect.

I am also in this situation

same issue, thankfully only lost 5 silver because i was trying to just buy a few crafting materials, but didn’t recieve it and since it was my first time using it I kept pressing buy like a dummy.

i just bought 1000 green wood logs, but they did not game in my ‘’pick up’’

I was buying some dyes on the trading post, upon clicking buy the money was removed from me but the item did not buy. Under my transactions I am apparently not buying anything, did not buy the dyes and the dyes are not in my pickup box.

It took me ages to get that money! How can I go about getting it back?

Same here. This is a big issue, I don’t mind if they take the TP down again but I want my money back, or the items I bought with it.
I tried to log out and back in, still nothing…

Ive sold some copper ore to test it and it sold instantly and gave me the selling money, yet i still didnt get anything from other expensive things, im stuck now

Yep, was selling an Exotic Mystic Claymoore (great sword) and a Exotic Mystic Dagger, took them of the TP to adjust prices to sell better, and they were gone Hopefully I will get them back.

same thing happened here im not even sure how much gold ive lost at this point i didnt realize there was an issue until i had spent out.

Reporting a big ol’ heap of silver snatched up from me here.

Same problem for me. I put in my quantity, click the Buy button, it turns grey for a bit, goes back to white and nothing’s happened — no transaction (no money missing, no items received, nothing in the history).

Trading post needs to be taken offline so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Like immediately!
