Hmmm, I’m hoping when I get home I can find some decent items.. But not if it’s bugged!

Happened to me too. Tried to buy several times, it took my gold, but didn’t give me the item. Lost 3 gold, which was all my money.

ditto, its happened to me to, lost several silver with this issue and reported it. hopefully we’ll get a reply soon

I’ve lost 7g trying to buy level 76 exotic items.

This isn’t really a bug or anything, it’s more like a suggestion. When searching for armor in the trading post, it’s kinda hard to find armour that fits you. I think an option to choose between light, medium and heavy armor would be better and easyer for a lot of users.

Same thing happened to me. Tried buying a dagger 14 times at the instant purchase price. It only worked once. Finally noticed that it was deducting my money even though it didn’t give me the item. Lost 13 silver.

i lost around 4g on setting up buy orders. the orders are not show under the tab where im buying stuff

I also just lost about 5 gold buying mats and some rare items, I hope this is going to be recoverable.

i lost atleast 2g too, not sure…i just kept hitting place order and or sell too, and also when i cancel i didnt get any gold, tried relogging ALOT of times but nothing happened

With all these reports I doubt this is as simple as giving less than a hundred people back their gold… I lost a little more than 4 gold which was the large majority of what I had. They said they could not roll back accounts so does that mean I won’t ever get that gold back?

I also have this issue. I could not load the trading post last night or this morning.

A few other auctions succeeded, then it ate another 1.5g. I was paying close attention to how much it took out for each buy. After i stopped buying it continued to take money out and i lost another 1g when i never made any additional purchases. i’m up to 6g or so lost now. I put the rest of my gold in my bank in the hope that it wouldn’t rob my bank as well.

I lost money too by buying un-identified dyes.
The money was gone but the items never reached me.

So I tested buying some vials of weakblood, and it happened again!
So sad, i’m now broke.

Same here. Lost almost all my money, cause after i pressed “Buy items” nothing happened but it still took my money…

Same problem here, all my money is tied up in TP and not getting anything back.

I submitted last night to buy 40 Bone Shards for 75c… This morning it said I purchased a total of 40 but I’m missing the stack of 16 that you see in this screenshot… Please fix this Trade Post!

It’s a legitimate question. You have no idea how many people I had to explain this to while they were crying how the TP is robbing them. They ended up going there and then saying “oh, I didn’t know that”…

Anyways, my question, is this new? I mean, did this just happen today? Because TP worked for me yday night.

You would think that the ArenaNet people would be checking this forum since they are the ones that put it up!!! Come on … this is getting ridiculous. What’s the point of having this forum if they aren’t checking it or posting any replies. I’ve lost too much gold and starting to get severely broke. It’s like a hit or miss when trying to buy something. Definitely not getting gold for selling some stuff. Either fix it or get us one like WoW has or SWTOR. This one is obviously very flawed.

I went to buy some totems to craft some items and at first i hit the button and nothing happened, so i tried a few times and in the end it managed to register every time i hit the button and took the money each time but only once, the first time, did it actually refund the money, the next 6 or 7 it did not. Nothing appears on the transaction history of bought items.

Never lost anything but can’t do anything either. i click buy on TP. button grey up after a while i can click again but nothing bought.

Can’t exchange gem for $$ or $$ for gem, will say failure. After for a while i can even see how much can be exchange

Is the GM working on this problem atm ?
every one , including me lost quite a fair bit ; (
Please Developer or who is in-charge of this fix this problem well !
Roll back the money for us , as i presume most of us is bankrupt =(

I sold two items for 5 gold 45 silver, and I only got 3 gold 37 silver trade profit. That’s way more than 10%. Seems like the trading post is bugging out.

This has happened to me on a few small dye purchases. The system doesn’t seem to realize that the transaction failed and takes the money you payed into anyway. Only started happening after the most recent build.

Gold gone! No items!

Yep, ate about 93 silver when I put in a buy order for 90 Vials of Potent Blood. Money gone, no buy order, no Vials.

been trying to buy stuff on AH all day and have clicked the buy button multiple times and have not go my goods??? whats up with the AH today guys care to make a statement?

I bought several 60 grade rare items in trading post, but didn’t receive them. Gold, silver, bronze decreased, but purchase didn’t finish.
Lost 1,5g… Sad…

same here, bought scraps/bolts for tailoring, hit the button a lot of times (laaag), gold gone, no items delivered. about 3 to 4 gold.

Happened to me just then. Lost 2gold and warning all guild members. If this isn’t fixed and reimbursed it’s quite a bad show to its players.

having the same problem here as well, can’t get anything from the trade post at all.

Hope this gets fixed next update. Really wanna buy some stuff :c

I have had about 13g disappear from my account while on the TP. I was trying to place buy orders and nothing would happen when I hit the button. A few seconds later the gold would be gone from my account but no buy orders are showing on the TP.

I am REALLY hoping that the transaction was saved somewhere.

If you read every post in this thread, and have seen the other 100 threads about this, it’s really not.

Seems this started happening after latest build update.

It’s a bug, lost almost 10g from this issue.

Clicking to buy and nothing happen, except gold deducted. Click 10 times and you lost 10 times of gold.

I just had an issue where I tried to buy the Vials of Potent Blood (again), and it didn’t take my money, but then I relogged to see 1g 37s gone. I’m down to 50s now, I’ve lost about 3g with this issue.

Same here. Tried to place a purchase order. Nothing happened. Thought I had mis-clicked. Tried again. Seconds later, 62 silver gone but no purchase requests in queue. I’d appreciate a refund, please.

Same story as everyone else – tried to pick up 25 vials of weak blood for 8 silver – money gone, no vials to pick up.. tried logging out and logging back in just in case but no luck.

Something similar happened yesterday – can’t remember what it was I was buying, but it was for about 7.5 silver. Took my money and transaction didn’t complete, but money was returned to my Pick Up.

I’d prefer that bug over this one if I had a choice!

Same problem here, I bought ingredients but never get them in trading post, also my coin is gone already.

Please fix it and i want my coin back…

Same here. Transaction recorded I sold two of my crafted rares but I received no payment.

Hopefully anything can be done about this? Or I will have to stay off Trading Post for a while. No sense losing items and money at the same time.

Same here, I suggest you do what I did and submit a proper ticket to the support team though, as I highly doubt they’d even skim through all of these posts, given how many there are atm.
I’ve lost literally, all of the gold I’ve managed to accumulate over the past week, and needless to say that’s more then enough to make anyone quit the game over if given back.

Exactly the same thing happened to me!

same to me. armor costs about 40 silver total but it ended up taking about 1.2 gold cause the server lagged. i went back and clicked buy twice i guess but still only got one item. the runes weren’t delivered at all though

Same issue. Strange thing is I bought some Jute scraps and silver at the same time. The Jute came through but no Silver, so I checked and ordered again while standing at the NPC thinking I just didn’t buy it. I saw the money deduct that time when I bought but still nothing in pickup.

Only lost 50 silver, but that’s because I check after every couple transactions. Was only doing small ones for crafting materials. Hoping these show up, it’s not cool to blow money on stuff and then check out the pick up window and see nothing there.

Hear this is affecting selling as well, which would explain why some of my listings are gone but I had nothing to pick up from that either…
