If you place an item on trade post up to the point where you press ok and change your mind u lose the item…

Same story here,i clicked on buy it now nothing happened,It took my 2 gold anyway now i have nothing under “items im buying”,only old transactions under “items i bought”
and nothing under “pick up”.Now my crafting has come to a halt as i just reached lvl 400 to start making gold.Will check later today

Tried posting buy orders for some armor, “Place Order” button didnt seem to work but it took my money everytime it was clicked apparently. Down to 3 silver :/

I just didn’t receive an XP booster pack which cost me 550 gems… forget the 30-40 silver ive lost in the last 24 hours… !

Same here, Spent 700 Gems for Pirate Outfit. Gems gone but no receipt

And now lost all my money (20+g), seem like it still process the “hidden order” but nothing return and no buying transaction in “my transactions tab”.

I’ve sold 1.5 gold’s worth of stuff, the pickup tab is blank but the “things i’ve sold” tab says they all sold.

Hope these trades get resolved correctly, going to steer clear of the trading post entirely for now.

I for one know that you have to be at the trading post and check the pick up window. Yes, I am sure most of us here have done that. I the fact is, we bought stuff, it took the money, no item in the pick up window, and nothing in the transactions tab under items I bought.

The trade post is definitely not working reliably, lost money today and it’s really annoying.

Same thing happened to me. I bought an item for 2G and 99S and it took my gold but didn’t give me my item. The sad thing is.. I won’t get my item nor my gold back when they do fix this issue.

Same, spent 400 gems on two dye packs and did not receive anything about 90 minutes ago.

You can add me to the list as well. I tried placing a few purchase orders and had no success, but then slowly my funds dwindled from 8 gold to 20 silver. I checked all my transaction data and open purcharse orders, but nothing accounted for the missing 8 gold. I really hope these purchase orders show up and don’t remain “ghost” orders.

Yep me too! Only lost about 15s but that’s a lot to me lol! Bet I have no chance to get it back. K

I had the same thing happen to me. I just tried to place an Order and it ate all my Gold but didn’t place the order.

It also ate my money. Custom buy orders take your money but the buy order is never posted. All my money gone…

Spent my money on rings, the rings never came nor my refund. I hope the GM’s will compensate for this.

I too have this issue. I noticed that if you buy ONE (and only one) item of anything at a time, it takes your money AND delivers the item to the TP. If, however, you buy more than one item at a time (let’s say jute scrap x15) it promptly takes your money but gives no confirmation screen, no items are made available for pickup, and the transaction does not show up in your transaction history under EITHER ‘Bought’ or ‘Buying.’

Reporting the same problem. I just bought 3 level 75 accessories, the silver got subtracted from my balance but nothing showed up for pickup or under transactions.

When clicking the buy button no confirmation message appeared and the buy button stayed greyed out for a few seconds. But I only clicked buy once.

When using the trading post for buying I was in the Mount Maelstrom zone. I then ported to Lion’s Arch and restarted the game, but still the items do not show up. I need them now, not when I’m level 80 tomorrow. :P

Having the same problems money is spent but didn’t get the items I purchased.

Same here. Sold 250 copper ores for 38 silver and some coppers and it never appeared in pick-up tab.

all fine, but next time a clear statement or faster reaction would be nice..

placed an offer for 100 copper ore for 16bronze/each, but paid about 1g 50s…

Same thing, sold an yellow armor yesterday for 30s and the money never showed up in the pick section

I have multiple problems with buy orders:

1. Order does not appear in History undering “buying” nor “bought”
2. Bought items are not delivered or delivered after extreme delay (> 10 minutes)
3. Bought items partially delivered. I’ve received 4 of 5 for one buy order, and 1 of 5 for a seperate buy order. The order was “executed” in both cases where all 5 were purchased.

In all 3 cases the money for the full buy order was removed from my inventory.

I have lost money, or at least not receive it in my pickup box after it sold.

Same thing happening to me, I just tried to buy 100 ore and when clicking the buy button did nothing I tried a few more times and now I realize I have only 2 silver now (had like 75 when trying to buy) – Hopefully get my money refunded as now I have no money and no ore =/

Confirmed. Same situation with me. For example, paying a few copper fee when 10-slot leather bag listed for 6s. But when someones finally buy it I get 5s40c. Undocumented Second tax?

Same thing here. Lost all my gold almost.

Made a few orders on small claws (crafting mats, avg. price 60s) and I ended up losing 2g and getting 14 claws in total.

Same issue… Can’t buy anything. Please fix soon. This bug is making it difficult to enjoy the game.

Been reading through most of these posts and haven’t seen this one yet, so here goes.

Yesterday the trading post worked fine for me, none of this disappearing stuff happening. Today, I can’t interact with either the buy or ‘place order’ buttons. I can click them, but they don’t depress, and no action seems to register. I don’t lose any money, or items, or win anything. I am able to retrieve money from sold auctions, and cancel and post things, so it seems to be related to whatever has to do with buying or removing money from your bags.

Anyways, hope it gets fixed or a fix is posted soon, getting sad not being able to waste my money on junk.

i’v sold items on the trading post. it said that the items have been sold or removed but the gold or items i’v taken down have not come to me / vanished….

this is yet another bug where i’m losing gold or xp…. really gw2…. (story line skipping ect )

Same to me. Not anythingl ike 4.5 gold, but all items I listed disappeared (not in listed OR past transaction list) and no cash was delivered

It’s best to stay away from the trading post atm, it eats your money.. they said on Twitter that they are aware of it “playing up a little”, well I’m losing money and that’s no fun at all.

I wonder if we’ll get the gold back…

Same Issue. money gone for the purchase, however nothing for me at the collection point. Trading post probably needs taking down until this bug is fixed.

I think the Black Lion Trading Company should be banned for exploiting the market and taking players money.

Same happened to me, lost 1.8 gold…

I placed an order on the TP for 100 Vials of Weak Blood and when it was finished processing i only received 98! Where are the other 2? I checked my “I’m Buying” tab and it is void of anything. Please address this.

same, im down about 10g and like 4 hours worth of time were i cant make more money, kind of aggravating
