Trading post is totally broken for me..
this problem is not like the normal one(the buy button grey out).
I think it will be higher chance to fix it up.

1) Unable to see the orders I bought in “Pick Up” tab
Bear in mind that coins were taken when I ordered the items and those orders were fulfilled. If you go to “My Transactions” and “Items I’ve Bought” you’ll see the long list of items I ordered that were fulfilled. Just no idea why it’s not appearing in the “Pick Up” tab.
2) Unable to see profit from the weapon I sold in “Pick Up” tab
3) Unable to buy anything from the trading post, error “Sorry! Your order did not match any current listings. Please refresh and try again” when there’s 1000+ availability.
I assume that once this broke, I was unable to sell anything either. Put up a test item and it’s still sitting there.
Please help. No fun playing the game if I can’t make purchases and sell items on TP.
One more thing I forgot to add
4) 4 orders remain that were unfulfilled. 2 have been fulfilled now after the TP broke for me but I don’t see it in “Items I’ve Bought” tab anymore. So that’s an issue too now.
I am also having the same problems. It’s so frustrating since the Trading Post is such a vital part of the game.
I really hope that this issue gets fixed soon or I might end up losing interest in the game completely…

i think your situation is not exactly same as our?
I can’t use everything on the trading post.
When i try to buy something,it just shows
“your order did not match any current list.”Besides,i am unable to get back the items that i removed.
and i didn’t receive the gold from the items i sold,the pick up list is totally empty.But i can normally use trading post by my friend’s account.
Does that mean my account got banned in trading post or something?I’ve post this at Game Bug and sent message to some people who may solve this problem.

I am having the same issue as Reynfall.1547. My sell tab is blank and I can not sell on the Trading post from my inventory.

I had this problem as well, but I ran Game Booster 3 in hopes of raising my FPS, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that TP was working again.

I am having the same exact thing happening to me and I’ve submitted 3 tickets for it and have yet to receive a response. I’ve also purchased Gems and my bank card has been charged yet I did not receive the gems at all. Please advise Arena Net.
I can’t buy any item in TP, my buttons are greyed out.
My pick up tab is empty, when i remove item from buy list i don’t get any item back and when i sell something i don’t get money.
It’s been 3 days still can’t use Trading post, please help
I have the same exact problem as the original poster, “sorry your order did not match any current listings”. Problem since 3 days ago, also I sold items but didn’t get the cash… pls fix it
A fresh download/install of the game did not resolve the issue. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Bump…Need this resolved as it is severely hindering my character progression.
Same problem. 100s of other players can use the TP with no problem.
I bought gems 5 days ago. They have not been delivered.

Anyone tested friends GW2 account at same PC? Bug on account or on PC?
I’m planning on going to my brothers house tonight to test this. This happens on my laptop and my desktop.
This problem is definitely account related, I have tried:
- reinstalling
- trying GW2 on several different pcs (including friend’s pc, TP is working for his account)
- repairing

I tried using my laptop instead of my PC, i get the same exact problem.
Pls fix it, AN, it’s getting to be a really big problem especially when my inventory is all full and I can’t sell (or buy) anything at all.
Im got answer from ticket.
GM recommended two standart ways to fix (update root certs and delete Local.dat)
and send some logs (Gw2.log and GameAdvisor log) if not help.
Standart ways not fix my error “your order did not match any current list.”

The problem still not fixed yet.

Trading Post is definitely messed up. I was trying to purchase crafting materials. Sometimes I would get a message telling me it couldn’t find the item. Sometimes it would give me the item plus the cost of the item in the pick up window. Sometimes it would give me 1 copper in the pickup window. While I do have items for sale, none of those items were sold while I was attempting to get crafting materials.
I wanted to add and edit that this just recently started happening within the last half hourish or so. It’s not been on ongoing problem for me.
This problem is NOT account related. When I had the problem, it only persisted on my desktop, while my laptop worked perfectly fine while on the same exact GW2 account. I’m almost positive it has to do with certain services running that cause a connection problem with the TP.
Game Booster 3 ends all unnecessary services to help your game run faster. It made my Trade Post work. I seriously suggest giving it a try.
All I get is the spining icon. .I had it for 2 weeks which cause me to stop playing. I’ve tried all fixes, I login once in awhile to see if it’s fix then logout. This is a show stopper and I will not play until its fixed. I can not level my professions sell or buy stuff. Bad timing for them to have this problem with WOW MOP launch date around the corner not that I am thinking on buying it but I am going to need my trouble-free gaming fix. So hopefully they get this shi* fixed soon.
I have got a lot of items i bought in this week
and lost about 2~3g, but i think it’s fine.
Perhaps it just the money i should pay for some of these items.
The problem was fixed temporarily.
Hi guys, I don’t know if anyone suggested this by now, but this solved the empty Sell tab problem for me:
1. Go to …\Users\<your_windows_user_name>\Documents\Guild Wars 2\ (or the equivalent for older versions of Windows)
2. There is a file called Local.dat – delete it and run the patcher again
