Someone asked looking for this thread and couldn’t find it, so here it is!
Everything should still be accurate as far as I know ( I am still not too sure about med/light sections) but they have been updated and I assume they are now correct.
Removed the cost sections as I currently have no idea what you would be looking at, save for assuming 300g+
