Fireworks.. Then boom. Black screen + music background. I didn’t get my Dragon Helmet because of this issue. Some say it’s due to the optimization and my Guildmates are experiencing sudden disconnections(blackscreen+music background). My launcher always say downloading 1kb / 0 kb and goes to;
’Connection error(s) detected. Retrying….’

I’d try restarting your pc first. Sometimes that helps flushing out any strange hang ups programs have when they crash/error out.
