Don't ban me for this
I’m not sure they can make the difference between this kind of thing and a macro more nefarious, and they obviously can’t just take your word for it (sadly liars do exist ). So if I were you, I wouldn’t try it.
More generally, accepting exception on security and cheatbusting topics doesn’t make for a good policy. Too much on the line.
We can make macros in this game ? :O

You can make macros through your keyboard or mouse if it is programmable. Or use external software.
Not that I am advising any of this

it’s against the rules. Anyway I’d like an official response
You’ve answered your own question already.

I have the official software from my mouse, the razer synapse.
You can’t make macros in the game but some keyboards (and mice) allow you to program macros that will then work in-game.
I don’t think they could allow this because as soon as they start allowing exceptions it turns a lot of things into a grey area. The current rule of 1 button press = 1 action is very clear, but if they start saying “Except when it’s just playing a trumpet because that’s harmless” you’ll get people arguing that a macro to automatically craft items is equally harmless, or one to move you to the next enemy when you’re done attacking one and it becomes far more complicated for anyone to know what is and isn’t allowed.
“Life’s a journey, not a destination.”
Don’t do it. From what I’ve read about their bot ban waves (going back to my time in GW1) their methods of bot and macro detection don’t discriminate what it is you used a bot or macro for, they just ban you for it.
Ok i deleted my macro, it’s sad we can’t do this.
Basically the rule is 1 key/button press can only equal 1 action.
For clarity and an official answer if you are still interested I would suggest contacting support:

Programs like autohotkey, or the macro programs for keyboards and mice create inputs that are completely indistinguishable from the user pressing keys or moving the mouse because they interface windows inputs rather than sending anything directly to the game.
I’ve been using an autohotkey script since beta that allows me to hit shift-right click to create the equivalent of holding the right mouse button down. Basically, it’s a mouse-look toggle (I wish it would just get added to the offical UI). The game would be unplayable for me without it as my fibromyalgia makes sustained muscle tension extremely painful. Since it fits the one-press creates one-effect rule, and because I’ve actually posted the script and asked about it on these forums, I’ve never worried about getting banned for it, and again, I’ve been using it since release and nobody has said anything.
In fact, I’d bet that they would have no idea other than the fact I posted it since all the server sees is that my client is receiving right-mouse-down from Windows.
But here’s my body – So rez me maybe?
Hi everyone,
As stated above, please remember that one key should only be used for one action. For these situations please remember to check the 3rd party program policy.

Thanks for your understanding.
