Question About The Minis

From what I understand it was if you bought gems from the game launch till June 9th.
So does it count if you did buy gems on June 9th? Because the wording implies that.
That being said, I never received any and was curious if Arenanet is still mailing them out or not.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The answer to my question is not there, because all it shows is a post that was made by a developer 7-8 hours ago stating that they were behind, and other people stating that they have not gotten it yet. I appreciate that you’re trying to help, however, that still does not answer my question.

Because I am asking about whether purchasing Gems on the 9th counts or not….
