That event, similar to the Moa escort event, triggers around 40 minutes past the hour (XX:40) every time. It starts outside the Commodores Manor.
I have almost all of the other escort groups done except for the Lawson Marinner one. I have been in LA multiple times and have yet to see it. Does anyone know where that one is?
