Anyone seen an increase in them?

Haven’t fought her since the update, so not a clue. Will definitely be heading over a few times each week for the new Settler’s Insignia though.

Yes, I want that insignia too! Sad thing is, I never see anybody in Southsun….

Didn’t seem any that different than before but some people did get the recipe sheet or the insignia so at least it wasn’t accidentally left out of the loot table.

The insignia and recipe sheet were in prior to the patch. I’ve killed Karaka Queen three times – post patch. (Multiple time pre-patch >20).

Not yet noticed any major difference in rewards (yet) – it could be a minor % tweak that is hardly noticeable to us.

The battle seems slightly harder than it was before as the queens armor reduction seems to increase a bit more frequently (we are not killing it as fast).

I’ve killed her twice and I did get an exotic on the first kill, but nothing special on the second. So the first could have been a fluke.

I haven’t noticed any buffed rewards either.

Gotten that one twice already. Haven’t gotten the actual inscription yet.

See, this is why I think all items in the game should be tradable. I’ve got FOUR inscription recipes, and I’ve already learned one each on my Artificer, Hunstman and Weaponsmith characters.

That was a mistake. I meant I haven’t gotten the insignia yet. I have gotten 4 inscription recipe sheets and 1 or 2 of the inscription items.

Both types of recipe sheets are mostly worthless due the finished items being drops as well. There is no real reason to have those other than to say you have those or because you like having a complete recipe list. I gave up on that particular goal when they made the dragon bash recipe gem store only plus RNG.

Yeah, I like having a complete recipe list. (To a point. I generally don’t bother hunting for recipes that can be discovered or Forged at any time.) And yes, I’m missing the Dragon Starcake recipe too. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’ll make a comeback during Dragon Bash next year.

Didn’t know that the finished inscriptions/insignia dropped directly from the Karka Queen though. Maybe I might just buy the insignia directly if it’s cheaper than crafting it myself. (Still want to get the recipes though.)

I guess adding the Insignia to the loot table can be construed as an improvement since it can now drop something that was previously unavailable. If that is the case I really hope they refrain from phrasing changes that way in the future since it is easily misinterpreted.
