The forum still shows me that I supposedly upvoted specific topics and replies, even when it is the first time I ever read them.

If you’re just seeing a red +1 button, it means that you haven’t. This is the button to upvote the post. If you click it, it won’t show again

This is an issue that crops up now and again. Devs previously have responded saying even though the forum posts shows you have +1’d it, you have not. Some kind of quirk with certain posts. If you wish to +1 the post in question, you merely click the greyed out +1 button. You can check this by looking at your profile and reading the list of posts you have +1’d.
