Fervid Censer for Festival Tokens
The old one has a cheap defensive infusion on it, the stats on this one are better so I got another one to swap with.
Yes, but can you put infusion in the new one. I can’t put agony resistance in the back item I got from the Festival Tokens. Is this intended? Am I missing something?
The one you get from festival tokens is ‘rare’ quality right?

They’re both rare quality in the first place. Old one has a defensive infusion slot and no gem slot, new one has a gem slot and no defensive infusion slot.
Ok. Why did Anet make the same unique item with different slots? The only reason I wanted that item was for the infusion slot. I find it super strange that I have two items that have the same name and look exaclty the same but have different slots for upgrades.
Because its not Ascended and only Ascended quality items should be able to have infusions in them. That is why they changed it. it was probably an oversight in the first place.
