As from the “Fractured”, we will get fractal skins rather than fractal “no stats” weapons and the current “no stats” weapons will not be converted to skins.

Please make sure that the “no stats” weapons are transformed to skins one way or another. Here are a few ideas:
- Add a vendor to change 1 fractal weapon to the corresponding skin.
- Set up a Zomorros recipe: 1 fractal weapon gives the corresponding skin.
- Automatically change each fractal weapon into the corresponding skin.
- Allow the support team to withdraw our skins from the bank and send the corresponding skins by mail.
- Give us a unique special salvage tool that gives the corresponding skin from a fractal weapon.
- Allow, like when you removed MF, to put stats on the weapon.

I’m not asking refunds for already transmuted weapons: only that the current ones we have in bank become skins rather than weapons.

I’m totally up for it! It should not be that difficult to implement one of these suggestions

They are making fotm till 30 easier and giving skins from 10 and then even boxes…

I used 10+ trasmutation stones on them if they will be no more rare…i d need 10 tasmutation splitters to get ascended skin back :|

Its still way easier to give a SLIGHT graphical change to them and keep them different.

That would be fair to people who already trasmuted them, to people who got some in bank (they are still account bound) and even would push us to get more trasmutation crystals for the one we still have.

A slight change will be fair since at least you preserve our year of progression….and i don t think people that didn t get old skins could complain to not get rewards they never applied for…..

EX: change trail…or make old skins darker or again make the cubes glow like fractal capacitor.

Small things like those makes everyone happy….

Unfortunately the change doesn’t apply to items that have already been acquired. Ultimately that’s what I wanted but there was a pretty severe technical limitation on this, so we thought it would be better to make the newly items work this way rather than postpone the conversion any longer.

Also, at higher Fractal levels the weapon skins become more common, and also start dropping in a container that lets you pick the one you want.

Sad as it is, I’m afraid the change, the trade-in-option or something similar will not come in the forseeable future.
Slight pessimism aside, I’m all game for any of your ideas with the vendor probably being the most realistic due to implementation issues.

As for the slight changes to the skins, I’m afraid that won’t make everyone happy.
I Like my current (old) skins/already transmuted weapons very much as they are. And changing the new ones isn’t fair either, mainly for the people who just were unlucky so far.
I know a number of people who simply had no luck with the skins despite being at level 50 and having way over the 500 fractals the achievement counts under their belt. So a hearty"no" to changing the skins/colour hues or similar.

But a heartfelt YES for the option to trade in the old semi-skins for actual skins.
