Why not have two leader boards?

The first would be something like “original fractals” in which would list the fractal levels of all the players before the update on the 26th. This would keep the record and show the players who had reached the 80’s instead of just being completely wiped clean and allow the players, even though their level would still be reset, a sense of, how to put it, contentment because their progress and prestige would still remain for all to see.

The second would be something like "New Fractals’ where it would list the current post 26th fractal levels allowing the players to climb back up those leader boards and gain their prestige with the current and available fractals.

Thoughts?

I don’t see much sense in putting a leaderboard retroactively that refers to content made then unavailable. Especially since there was no competitiveness in the old fractals – as there wasn’t even a way to display your fractal level (and neither there will be one with the patch, as far as we know…we still lack many details, even about the leaderboards).
Anyone who progressed with the old system did it for personal reasons, basically. An official recognition was never mentioned, and neither should be implemented for content made then unavailable.

To make an example, it would make sense as putting a leaderboard with the mad king’s clock tower completition times tomorrow.
