Greetings!
Thorin And Company [TAC] are an English-speaking European based community that has players from all over the world. [TAC] combats all aspects of the game with members from new to very experienced. The guild started at the beginning of GW2, being one of the first guilds on Gandara to reach the 500 member cap. Despite being new on this game we are not short of knowledge on guild management, with experience in co-leading a guild that owned both Cavalon and House Zu Helter in GW1.
Our main focus is PvE, participating in constant dungeon runs/fractals/meta events and exploration, although we have core sPvP groups and a weekly WvW event with a long list of commanders and un-organized groups entering daily. Other fun events include Jumping Puzzle Races, Hide & Seek, Marathons across Tyria and special annual events. We also challenge Guild Missions 3 times a week to ensure that our times suit everyone.
In the guild, we are friendly, helpful, social and very active; with over 80-100 out of our 500 members online at peak times, having reached over 170 online at once before. Despite our member cap, we are still looking for replacements as all inactive players are removed once a month as well as non-representing players.
Our Mumble Server is used during Dungeons/WvW/Events and we also have an active website that is viewable to members. A Facebook page has also been created for the guild to keep players updated.
