Guild Wars 2

I am in search of a small guild or someone who wishes to make a new guild. I do not like to be the head man in a guild however I have great communication skills and like to help new people out. A guild that you have fun in where the chat is always booming is a must for me. I like to start new discussions and keep people talking to each other in guild making everyone feel like they belong. However large guilds feel too much of a business, especially ones that do not have a set hierarchic for members to pull up the member list and clearly see who the leader is and who they can ask/recommend certain things.

To me things like a website/mumble/upgrades come second to making each person feel awesome while they are in a guild. SO if you feel like you want to make a guild post below or reach me on my characters/IGN. I am willing to switch servers for a person who is serious in making an awesome guild which does not seem like a dead land.

Hey Arrow, I think my guild is what you’re looking for. We don’t have a huge mass of players (about 60 active weekly), but we have a ton of awesome very active players and our officer squad is called Team Handsome, what more could you possibly wish?

Now for real: we’re a PvX guild where everyone does what he wants and where we try to stimulate members to play together. What is a guild if nobody ever does anything with his mates? Everyone is considered equal (everyone can become leading staff if they show their qualities) and the officers are leading of course, but they don’t stand above the crowd (I often get poked by various members ).
If you want to be part of a crazy bunch and have fun with us, help us build this guild and maybe become one of Team Handsome, you’re free to join in!
