Hi,

First off, I just wanted to say that even though I am level 80, I honestly feel like I know nothing about this game. I feel like people talk a whole other language. For example, the whole “LFG CoF” type things. I now know what it means but just stuff like that confuses me sometimes. Anyway, I am simply looking for a guild that will help me with dungeons(I know nothing about any of them), PvP(never did that either), and most importantly, I am looking for a guild who has a bunch of cool people who will not hesitate to help. I am also in Devona’s Rest. Hope I can find a good guild.

P.S.- I used to play runescape(if anyone has heard of it) and I was in a guild there. Every time I logged on, all my guild mates greeted me and included me in everything, and that made the game 100 times better, so I was hoping to have the same experience here.Thanks again.

Hello there mate, The Old Boys [OB] will happily accept you to their ranks.
Gotta tell you, we’re not on Devona’s Rest, but on Gandara. Though this shouldn’t be a problem cause you can transfer servers for free every 7 days!
At the moment we’re growing and keep on growing with 20-30 members online daily.
We have forums http://oldboys.enjin.com/home and plenty of influence for amazing guild boosts every day. We like to keep it fairly laid-back cause we’re all casual players, there’s no rush.
We also have both players who’ve played since start (and who are able to do higher level activities) and new players (who are still in the progress of getting their level 80).
For that reason we are a helpful community and willing to share our advice with others. Currently we have one member with a legendary and a second to come.
Our guild focus: Casual/Mature PvX (anything) and ages going from 18 to 30.

Valór [RUN] (NA timezone) is currently recruiting strong, loyal, and dedicated players who wish to excel in the competitive aspects of GW2. We’re a semi-hardcore guild on Isle of Janthir. We mainly focus on WvW but we run PvE content as well during our off-raid hours.

We’ve grown considerably in the last month or so and are at ~90 members. Activity varies depending on time and day (a lot of us are older, so we have jobs and wives and kids and what not).

Our WvW raids (we have scheduled times on various days) usually reach about 20-25 guild members. We also have a dedicated Ventrilo server.

We run a pretty tight knit crew, most of us have been gaming together for years. We like to have fun and cut up with whatever we do. We welcome anyone that would like to be a part of it.

If you like fun and challenging fights, then we may be the place for you. If you’re afraid to die, we might not be… we’ve been known to take any on size group and not care.

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you a spot in our small cozy laid back guild, if you dont mind to change servers.
We have members from Europe, the US, and other parts of the world.

We have 108 members atm, and we are steadily growing, but we
still maintain to keep the family feeling.

We have a mature member base, I would not mind taking a few
younger members, as long as it wont be the majority of our roster.

Although we are not huge, we have a very active group of people
now, we play every day and mostly play together in party.

We have weekly organized WvW/PvP, Dungeon & FotM runs, and even Music Night, and our members do all those activities together with other guild members every day as well.

We use RaidCall to talk, and a lot of us are on there on a daily basis as well.

We are all working class people and/or university students and/or have families to take care of. We are mainly North American times zones from one end to the other, but have a few Canadains, Euros from England, Finland and other areas that came with us from Guild Wars(so International guild). We log on to have fun and relax, so I am guessing you would consider us a casual guild. We have people may do one or a mixture of all; Pve, Pvp, dungeons, and Wvw. We will help and guide new players to the game and old players with what we can. We dont ask for special equipment for pvp, pve, and dungeons or build. We work with what you can bring. We don’t want to make the game a job, because that not what games are for. We are slowly rebuilding the guild at this time. We are looking for people, willing to help us grow. We are now at 112 members and officers in the guild and growing more and more each day. We are upgrading to Level 5 upgrades.
