Guild Wars 2

Just started playing the game last week as a Ranger, got to level 62 doing just zone quests and completing each zone as I get to them. I haven’t touched dungeons, PVP, or anything else. I’ve played a few other MMOs like Anarchy Online, WoW, FFXI, LOTRO, SWToR, and a few others, focusing mostly on PVE end game raiding, and some pvp in WoW.

I’m strapped for time these days, so I don’t have as much time for games. I’m mainly looking for a fun and casual guild to do events and dungeons, and maybe pvp if I ever get into it.

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you a spot in our small cosy laid back guild.

We have only 32 members atm, and we are steadily growing, but we still maintain to keep the family feeling.

Most of our members are 18+ right now, I would not mind taking younger members, as long as it wont be the majority of our roster.

Although we are small, we have a very active group of people now, we play every day and mostly play together in party.

We have RaidCall, and all actives are on there on a daily basis as well.

The Gryphons Aerie is a fairly new, small 18+ PvE/RP guild on Tarnished Coast. While we’re mostly PvE, we also have a few people who enjoy a bit of casual WvW. We know that RL comes first and stress that fact. We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. We enjoy helping each other and doing things together when possible. All you have to do is ask if you need help with something and we’ll do our best to come to your aid.

There is also no requirement to be representing us at all times. It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us some time too.

Not sure if it is too late or not, but just thought I would offer some information on Disarray…. If it would help woo you to our guild… I would say that we have dancing unicorns and REAL Mutant Ninja Turtles (not really, unfortunately).

Anyway, onto the truthful info about us. We are a PvX guild, that you can find running Dungeons, DEs and WvW on a fairly regular basis. We are located on the Anvil Rock Server, and have roughly 50 members.

We are a laid back group of guys and gals interested in playing a game in a casual manner while having fun hanging out. We use Ventrilo for our events and to just hang out. No event is required, but the events are what makes this guild fun (well, and me of course)!

It seems that there are a lot of guilds out there that have what we consider to be ludicrous requirements for membership.

“Moonies” are not required to spend any “set” amount of time in game. Log in when you feel like it. Once in, spend your time doing what is fun for you. If you like dungeons and pvp, enjoy! If those things are not your cup of tea, by all means, don’t do them! Keep your money! We will not “tax” you or ask you to contribute real life or game cash for anything. Ever. Group and participate in guild chat if/when you feel like it. Quietly do your thing solo if that’s what you enjoy.
WE DO ASK MEMBERS TO REPRESENT US 90% of the TIME.
This promotes community, and guild loyalty is rewarded.
