Guild Wars 2

We are Maguuma Wastes Management (MWM).

We have been around since the start of the game but have not been able to gain any
lasting members. We are looking for people who like to communicate and work together for runs in PvE (Dungeons and Fractals included) and WvW.
We have about 30 members (2-5 of which represent on a daily basis). The only requirement is to represent. All are welcome.

Here is some info about our guild:
We are located on the Maguuma Server.
Mostly East Coast players.
We have Politics lvl 3, Art of War lvl 4, Economy lvl 3, and Architecture lvl 4.
We play alot of fractals and dungeons, and will also join in a WvW zerg.
Very willing to teach new player as well as give experienced players a chance at bigger responsibility.

If you only have 5 members active at most, you’d do better joining another guild. If your active members are willing to switch servers and join forces with the Old Boys (50+ active members: representing & online daily/weekly), we’re always in need of more people who like to take up initiative. The Old Boys was on the brink of extinction 5 months ago, but has since flourished, thanks to the everlasting endurance of some of our members. We have all levels unlocked (architecture, politics, economy, war are all on 6) and have 4 out of 5 guild missions unlocked aswell.
If you join us you can have a fresh start and enjoy our activities. This is just a suggestion by the way. Do as you wish, but know it will be very, very hard to save your guild.

Why would it be better for this player to join another guild? If they wanted to join another guild, they would have stated that in the OP. No need for you to hijack OP’s own thread as your own guild advertisement.

You said yourself that your guild was on the brink of extinction in the past; no reason OP can’t do the same.

Bossy, I wasn’t hijacking his thread. I was pointing out thakitten would be easier to join another guild. I was also pointing out that I had a guild that was nearly dead, but the people that worked it up did so with a lot of initiative and work. I don’t think we’d make it a second time because recruiting has become extremely harsh. I’m just giving cryptus an alternative. So please, back off.

Gandara is a EU server. I believe the OP is from NA given it is Maguuma. Good luck with recruiting Cryptus!

No one has to join a larger guild because of being small – like any guild on it’s beginnings.
If you founded a guild because you have certain ideals, stick with them, the right people will eventually find you and join. Just keep yourself exposed for them to find you.

Sirendor: You should at least read what region a guild is from before you start your boasting. Unless you intended to offer the 9,000 gems necessary to transfer our active members and it slipped your mind?
