Hey everyone,

Vindictive [MEAN] on Darkhaven is looking for players who want to join a very active guild that runs dungeons (including Fractals), guild missions and World versus World on a daily basis, but doesn’t take a hardcore approach to gaming.

Most of our players are in North America and are most active during the afternoon and evening hours. We use Ventrilo to coordinate dungeon runs, WvW and SPvP events. You don’t have to have a microphone to be part of the guild, but you should be comfortable with logging onto vent and listening.

What kind of players are we looking for?

All of us have lives: jobs to go to, anniversaries to celebrate, kids to take to school. We can’t all be on 12 hours a day. Thus, we’re looking for players who view this game as a place to log in and have fun.

At the same time, we understand no one’s going to enjoy themselves when they’re wiping in a dungeon over and over again. So while a laid back attitude is great, you should also be prepared to be serious and work hard when that’s needed.

What can we offer you?

A very social community with an irreverent and not overly-serious attitude. Check out our forums to gain a sense of who we are. You’ll find they’re very active and that the people in this guild are not only gamers who happen to be playing the same game, but also friends.

In addition to a friendly, active community, we are also quick to help out new members, whether it’s getting gear, improving builds or getting better at PvP. If you’re looking to achieve something in this game, we’ll help you do it.

Quality versus quantity

This isn’t a zerg guild and we’re not aiming to make it one. We’ve had massive guilds (400+ players) in previous games that we played like Warhammer Online, Aion and City of Heroes. But we find tighter-knit works better.

Our guild also doesn’t spam recruit in /m to find our members and all players are interviewed before they join. It helps us make sure we’re getting like-minded people into the community.

This is a great guild and from what you are looking for you should fit in well. We have been doing a nice mix of WvW/PVE and dungeons. Hope to see you in game ^^

Almost everyone is from the U.S. or Canada. We have one player from Portugal. We love him dearly.

Guild is split pretty evenly between players in PST and EST.

I’ve been running with this group a fair bit recently for dungeons and some good old WvWvW. Decided to join, haven’t looked back. Fun group of people, you should join too.

We’re starting to run Fractals a lot, so level 80s are particularly in demand. All you level 80s holla at us. (:

I transferred over to join Vindictive. They run dungeon’s daily. We have a blast in WvWvW.

Level at your own pace. Most of us have a high level and a stable of alts we want to work on.

We have a website, and a vent for coordinating, or just plain shooting the breeze.

I play mainly EST, but there are quite a few that seem to play much much later in the evening than I do.

I will warn you. The other night I was having so much fun, I didn’t realize it was 4am. ACK!
