We want to give you a heads up about Phase 4 of the Halloween event. Phase 4 will start at 9:00 AM PDT/16:00 GMT on October 31, and will run until we publish a new build on November 1 (which will be sometime after Noon PDT/19:00 GMT).
Once Phase 4 starts, the Ascent to Madness dungeon will no longer be available – but you will still be able to enter the Mad King’s realm, including the Labyrinth, the Clocktower, Reaper’s Rumble and Lunatic Inquisition.
Also make sure that you will “Attend the Party” in Lion’s Arch once Phase 4 starts, and do not worry: It is a non-stop party, so swing by any time you want!
So.. It lasts for 1 day? What about the people who have lives? Its Halloween night, who wants to be stuck on a game b/c its the only time they CAN do it?
Mad king dungeon all i gotta say best dungeon ever with best event addage. The mad king dungeon shows that you do not really make gem items ONLY available with either trading gold for gems or buying it but thorugh this special dungeon i love it i got quite some nice items out of it and i’d like to thank everyone for it
Grats on the Halloween event. It’s broken for me. Support staff has no power whatsoever to fix it. I don’t plan to play unless support staff can do things other than ban/unban people and refund fraudulent purchases.
Just confirming, we only have until Nov 1 to complete the clock tower then? I thought the event ran until Nov 5 but may have been mistaken. Thank you for the heads up though Martin, appreciated

We would… if after 3 days now you find us a way to use the broken doors… Sorry for being so annoying, but it’s a bit incredible how this doesn’t get a solution… It’s a fixed-time event, planned for months…
You guys are awesome! I love the Halloween content so much. The only problem I have with this is that I believe you guys should extend it by another day or two. You aren’t leaving much time for people to complete phase 4.

are you sure you completed the meta even chain that makes the doors spawn? many people aren’t aware these exist.
or are you talking about those events being stuck? cause i’ve heard about that.. but i still can’t imagine they have been bugged for 3 days straight.

Why people complain so much about how the whole event will last for etc. From what I remember, GW1 also offered the main event only for 24 hrs (Mad King appearances in LA and Kamadan). And I’m working tomorrow too, I’ll get home quite late, but still planning to take party with Mad King
Thank you for the Halloween event. There were bugs, but GW2 has been out for some months only and this is the first event, so stuff to learn from and room to improve next time around.
I hope there’s a xmas event or holiday season events
Oh, and by the way, I’ve met some nice people and funny people during the course of this event. Its really nice to have these events where people gather and work together.
I’m addicted to events now, lol. Gonna feel a little bored once we return to our usual routine.

this has got to be by far the most detailed and enjoyable holiday event on any game ive ever played! (except i did find the pumpkin farming a bit to much hah)
2 pvp instances, a crazy difficult jumping puzzle (hard to find difficulty in games these days), a new area and a dungeon boss, so much content! and for a game im not required to pay more money to play, this is such an amazing game
Been enjoying the Halloween event, sad part is it will be over soon… but Christmas is not tooo far off Maybe have that run for the entire month of December… ok ok i am asking for tooo much lolol
