A friend posted this, I don’t know where she got the code (I suspect Reddit, on general prinicple). It’s the item code for Anise’s outfit:

Warning, it doesn’t show up on anyone but human females. And on them, it’s the whole outfit, with four dye fields for chest, bustle, boots, and little metal trim bits. The chest embroidery and the pants remain black.

Also, it’s all one piece, much like the Bloody Prince’s armor. Thus I believe it is purely the code for the NPC’s outfit, and not intended for release to players no matter how much we want it. Still, it’s nice to preview and dream … here it is with Blue Ice, Blue Rose, Dapple, and Lemon Zest.

So pretty. Its shame they insist on not letting us have this.

Maybe we might at least get it for town clothes? Please.

I like how you think. That would be great! I wonder how it’d work on Charr or Asura though — or on men. We might be asking for another set that looks completely different on men and women.

Can we please turn this into a support thread to have this amazing armor available in game? I fell in love once i previewed and dyed it for myself.

If they do ever add it as a gemstore skin i would love to see how would they make the male version look like (and hopefully not make the 2 versions look like they came from two different sets…i’m looking at you phoenix armor).

I would love to have that available but they would have to polish it first because the details look a bit outdated.

Unpopular opinion:

Change this to T3 Light, and Flamekissed can ‘keep’ the current T3 (which I personally thinks it goes really well with the flame animation).

Yes, yes, yesyes, YES, YEEEESSS! I’ve wanted this armor from the moment the mesmer skill video was released, and I swear, I would be the first person to buy it if it was a skin in the gemstore!

Anise is wearing something completely different EXCEPT the chest armor. It can be separated into armor its just that ANet is too lazy to do it.

Huh, you’re (mostly) right. She has the same top and arms and boots, but a different skirt and a left-shoulder shoulder piece. I like her skirt much more than the feather bustle the item code gives.

ANet should give us the Anise version as Flamekissed. Unless they’re afraid the Countess would … hurt them.

Lovely armor! I’ve been waiting for this armor since the Beta!
Also, I am waiting for the other unreleased human dress as you can see on a few elegant females in Divinity’s Reach, Ebonhawke etc..

Not sure how well it’d look on other races, but if they released the skin for it I’d definitely buy a set. It’d look amazing on my mesmer, but strangely looks nice on my guardian too..

It probably wouldn’t make sense to make it for medium and heavy armors though.

I really, really want this armor. I would pay money for this armor set on my mesmer. We’ve been asking for it for like a year and a half now. It’s in the mesmer class video kitten T______T

I think it’s important to note that this armor isn’t the same as Anise’s. So if it were added (like we assumed it would be from the Mesmer trailer) you still wouldn’t be able to perfectly copy Anise. Everyone can be happy.

This version is prettier than Anise’ “pants” version. So yeah, I agree we would still not be copying Anise but it’s definitely a combat-ready set because it’s the one seen in the mesmer combat video Lol

Omg, ArenaNet, PLEASE! This would be much better than the new zodiac armor no one is wearing.

I would actually wear that than the gear that I’m in now and it’s a combo of artocrat and masquerade :\ truth is, I’d be happy with just the top of this- the coat section. idk why they removed this, it’s gorgeous in game.

This armor as well – flagship image of a mesmer. Still not available for players, but NPCs wear it.

I think that corsets don’t fit into the heavy armor category at all, that’s why. xD

I main a mesmer and this is my dream armor. I made a support thread for it in Guild Wars 2 Discussion. Be sure to check it out as well.

We should get more classy armors than crappy particle effects light shows.

It’s just so tailored and regal, and flawlessly designed. I mean, the vertical lines curving at the waist and extending into the skirt makes the volume seem effortlessly appropriate and conceals any hips. It’s just fashion.

Also I’m dying for that bracelet on the boot.

I WANT THIS. AND I WILL GET IT.
