Hey guys! Let’s post some ideas (Include pictures!!) for human hairstyles we’d like to see added to the gem store, or just to the game in general!

I’d love a messy bun type hairstyle for human females. I’d really appreciate some ponytail styles and more shoulder length options as well. This could be as easy as opening up some of the Norn styles for the humans.

I believe that anet could even combined existing hairstyles for some really nice looks.

OMG yes, you dont know how much i’ve imagined a combo’ed hair like that (first post). They need to have a hairstyle that is simple yet elegant. Perfect and right on the spot.

I’m all for new hairstlyes. There arent enough long hairstyles as far as i’m concerned. I want long butt-length hair, and more hairstlyes that cover one eye. I don’t care how impractical it is when we’re fighting to have hair like that.

Came up with another merge hairstyle idea. I would kill for a bun style thats messy with side-swept bangs or something falling out of it. It screams mesmer to be since the bun symbolizes control, and the bangs are like the chaos. ;D

Also added, let hair appear when ur wearing hats. I hate looking bald when i wear a pirate hat or something :/

Im all for this tho, maybe a barbershop like WoW.

It would also be nice to be able dye hair accesories.

We also need a bigger variety of male faces since all of them but one look like female faces. Plus a better variety of facial hair options similar to what the Norn have would be nice too. The impression I get is that Human face, hair, and facial hair options were created as a afterthought, no imagination put into them.

This is exactly what i think. We need more long hairstyles. I don’t like the short ones except one.

And i have found some hairstyles i like so i’ll show you my suggestions. I don’t use photoshop, its only paint It’s not as cool as the ones from snow white Sorry!
The one in the middle is from anet and i am really sad that they don’t have this hairstyle ingame. The dress is worn from some npcs but i really really really!! would like to wear this with my own char! and i would pay for it.

I’d love a braid like Jennifer Lawrence rocked in the Hunger Games or Snow White’s braided crown from Snow White and the Huntsman, or at least a sloppy ponytail or updo.

In combat, hair should be pulled away from the face, but most of the options so far don’t do it for me, so I went with the wild long hair on most of my characters.

If they would even just copy some of the Norn styles, like the first braid and ponytail selection on Female Norn, I’d be happy.

I’d love if Anet would implement more hairstyles, I mean another reason I don’t play Human a lot, (I only have one) is that all the Humans look so similar, with the same hairstyle, body shape and even face. They just lack that individuality that made them so unique in GW1. All these hairstyles are awesome.

I will be boring and repetitive, but what I want the most and I’ll ask out of my lungs now and always is: give male Humans longer, longer hairstyles, PLEASE!!!!

I want more long & curly hairstyles, and more ornate styles. More Oriental styles would be really nice, as well.

I don’t think there are many Krytan cultural hairstyles, for a race based in Kryta.

I’d like some braided stuff, for those of us who want to rock the Mediterranean look. Bonus points for braided ponytails.

I want this, so badly.

I’d love something reminiscent of the Prophecies ranger hairstyles – curly and messy with no bangs or accessories (or maybe flowers, I liked the flowers), rather than smoothed-down waves. Not quite Disney’s Merida, but I wouldn’t object to that either. :D I’d even love to have that curly norn ponytail if nothing else was available.

The biggest problem I have with the hairstyles is that there are very few messier options.

Norn ponytail dreads please!

I really love Taylor Swift’s hairstyle. Needs more of the wavy/curly hair.
(Probably off-topic)And we need more of her dresses/gowns like on these pictures attached. (Especially the “Enchanted” and “Love Story” ones since they’re in the theme of Victorian style gowns.)

This is an adventure game where you’re constantly fighting and running and fighting some more, what’s a better hairstyle than a hairstyle that looks the part? let’s get some messy hairstyles in here, some with hair that cover parts of the face and such. So that you look like you’ve been through hell.

I also think that Harley’s pigtails are pretty cool and add a lot of personality to a character.

well not harley’s pigtails exactly (blonde with the highlights at the tips, but the style itself, you know what i mean)
