Besides getting the 5 free tickets via mail and killing enemies in the Gauntlet area below, is there any other way to get tickets?

I ask as I see that folks have tried 70+ times within the first day – and so I’m wondering if they got these all via the above two methods or some other way?

Drops from open world mobs, balloon event chests Idk where else. I’ve gotten 56 on the first day and didn’t even try. I just went around getting the 30 balloon achievement.

I think they randomly drop from other things as well, at least the balloon chests.

I do wonder whether all the support tokens that still drop in PvE were supposed to be gauntlet tickets…

Well, you can always join the zergs in the crown pavilion. I’m sure you’ll get some that way (at least from the legendary creatures).

If you gotz monies, you can buy sprocs from the TP and do the 15 sprocs + 20s for 5 tickets. I got lazy farming and did that to do my many attempt at Liadri

Ah – I knew there had to be another, quicker means to get these tickets – thx for the info!

(Now, am I doomed to pull my hair out trying this on my Mesmer or should I do some other profession like Warrior? lol)

I did it with guard, but I reckon mesmer should be good at killing them since range is the better option for most fights (also their blurred frenzy and distortion helps a lot). Although, learn their mechanics from dulfy’s site just in case. I would have never guessed which moves were 1-hit kos without reading beforehand (it could save you another try!)
