Last week(s) we got our behinds kicked by Piken but atleast we we able to have some fun in group versus group battles. This week we have Blobbadon again and the only tactic they know is.. Blob.

Skill means nothing anymore in WvW, numbers is all you need.

Even if this system is “random”, “randomness” cant seriously hate us this much. Since this new system started FSP has been beaten with the fugly stick week after week.

We need Balance in these matches

Just incase ur not quite sure what balance is i’ll give u 2 examples:

Balance

A situation in which states/countries of the world have roughly or close to equal power.
The power held by a small group when larger groups are of equal strength.

These are just 2 of many definitions of the word Balance and i can assure you that none of the other definitions said kitten FSP over for another week and this time around send a German superblob to farm the kitten out of them like a field full of potatoes. Nope definatly never seen that definition before.

That said; AG sometimes have the numbers, but holy christ we’re bad at using it.
I believe TUP are the only ones actually getting us any points, and occasionally the solo-roamers will get us a camp.

I have to say that when i saw, that we got AM again i was almost about to take a night off.
But suprisingly enough i had some real fun in AM bl tonight, because there still was some manageable groups, for a somewhat small guild (10-15 guys). Even though we had to do some flanking with Kale and later DW too.
So overall a very enjoyable fights tonight, with wipes to both sides.

Suits you sir. Good fun ahead boyos! @ [DP] AM guild I believe, cheers for the fights when you were alone was fun.

Lag at times on the map aside, fun fun.

Thanks to AM for the fights on your Borderlands. The collaboration of multiple guilds and friends made for a big challenge. Had some fun and hope you keep pushing us to improve through the week!

Started of on FSP border today with 15 guys, had a few decent fights then hit the abba blob o_0. Joined forces with BB to get maybe 20-25 guys still didn’t make much of a difference we lost fights but we got revenge many a time so it wasn’t all bad thanks for a good reset

Well seeing as we haven’t faced AM since the beginning of November last year i doubt it very much as they used to play with smaller groups back then. Also seeing as you are just a Riverside troll who has already been kicked out of our matchup thread 3 times today so far after being reported to mods for trolling, i think anything you have to say here is kinda moot as you are not in this matchup.

On a side note goodluck this week guys, glad you got a better matchup this week FSP. AG c’mon step it up a bit we’ve been waiting ages to face TUP.

Interesting night for me on FSB I was back to commanding after a long break
we was quite lucky and we take back garrison, hills and a bit more …

Some nice fights yesterday on AM border (hills). Thanks to Kale and FSV was pretty fun.
A nice fight with KISS on the walls and cheers to TUP for brute forcing the gate and losing the keep to huge AM zerg :P

Also while i dont think the AG – RS comparison is a good one I do think the anger river glade causes is pretty hilarious so might have to take up calling you that xD

Seeing AM being able to guard dolyaks, sentries & camps with one to four people while being able to send out 30+ zergs pretty much everywhere, I really wonder if AG & FSP should at least call a “Borderland truce”, by not attacking each other on their own Borderlands.
The system of matching EU servers right now is really not favouring even matches. ANet better find a solution to zerging & kill farming from larger forces against outmanned ones (e.g. not awarding badges & XP for the later ones at all).

I see the first people on AG quitting WvW and it makes me sad.

This is a good week to take a week off WvW. There’s nothing to do unless you run 30+.

Seriously there was a point when we were taking a tower with 4 guys, and 15 men came to its defense. Turns out those 15 players + npcs weren’t enough to handle four of us so they sent 50 more.

I can almost imagine the voice comms… “Enemies at tower, send teh zerg!!!”

How about delegating some tasks to smaller forces instead of just server-zerging everything, maybe you’ll actually find evenly matched fights every once in a while. This is definitely not how the game is supposed to be played.

I really understand that this week is going to be hard for FSP and AG. Maybe our zergs decrease during the week because of the good weather. We we where in a similar situation last week, where we faced elonas reach. They often outmanned us but we still didn’t give up. I think i speak for the majority when i say we dont care about rating, we just want some good fights. Atleast that what my guild wants, and btw as far as i know you guys havent given us those good fights in the past.

Well I don’t think that the majority of us(AM) cares for raiting either. I enjoyed the last matchup anyway cause it was a very nice uphill battle. And I guess everyone who played wvw last week against the big elona forces got some good combat experience and might have learned something altough it was hard. So the last matchup still was a blast.

@Nauda at least you run at us with your zerg, as much as my 15 man guild raid kittens their pants when you run at us, we give you a good go despite the inevitable ( <from my experience of reset) it’s all practice in the end. Also blobs happen, as much as people want it not to be that way anet don’t care enough to change the mentality, so adapt, learn from your mistakes, use terrain etc…. Most guilds have got to a point were they can take on numbers 3 times the size of them. As a fairly new guild I for one want to get to that point the more renowned guilds are at.

You seem to underappreciate a couple of your own guilds lol.

I dont have a problem if AG and FSP are outmanned and fairly loose by force/numbers. The major problem however is the skillag, if i run through AM blob and make it out alive on low health and im unable to heal because nothing works, it takes the fun out of that. Sometimes the lag is so bad that my autoattack doesnt even work and yet i get hit by attacks from blob, seems like the AM server got broadband priority as well.
