Must be a different [RUN] then cause we didn’t leave your map for 6+ hours and for the whole night we wiped 4 times but it was to the FA zerg at bay, to Ebay at north camp in that 10 minute fight, at woodhaven when we got zerged and at the start of the night at vale when we were all on alts.

You first killed my friend with your 7-8 by Bay, and /laughed when my other friend ran into the keep. After that they called in some friends (me, two others) and we subsequently wiped your larger group twice, once at SW tower and once at SW camp a few minutes later. Then we spawn camped 3-4 of your guys for a couple of minutes before you all disappeared from the map.
Perhaps you weren’t even there, but then it would seem weird for you to attempt discussion of the subject. If you actually were there, I find it insulting that you would say that the fighting was back and forth. And to pull the alt card? What are you? XOXO?
I’m worked up because after all the trash talking from IoJ about our friends in [NA] over at CD, I was seriously expecting more from you guys but this entire weekend has been a disappointment. I also resent players who /laugh at players who are better than them.
What ever man, just by saying your bay then it’s obvious you were not there for the previous 6 hours seeing as we held your bay for most of that 6 hour period we were on, the guy from [LOOT] Yukimo? can tell you this. He might also tell you about the 2-3 caps of WH, 4 caps of briar and strait up harassment of your west end of the map while avoiding that 50 man FA Blob.

Sorry, I’m not a good source of info as far as timeskeeping goes. I merely go out there and do my thing and either roll faces, or keep others near me safe from having theirs rolled. Just saw [TUNE] [WS} and [BURN] make a bunch of guys from [DIE] die. They weren’t wearing anything but their underwears. Dude, if I let a bunch of naked players run train on me and my zerg, I’d be mad.
We did hold off that push after the trebs were destroyed, and the push after that too.
Treb matter aside, the whole thing was very exciting. Just started getting some world vs world time in on my warrior (guardian is my main in wvw), and it was a great way to get the feel for how some warrior mechanics work in big fights.

Well, I’m feeling sad that I was at work and had to miss IoJ schooling the “bads” of FA on the finer points of doing WvWvW correctly, with skill and most importantly with honor.

I have never posted on the forum, but I was at the IoJ Keep battle tonight, and there was quite a bit of confusion in the FA TS about the trebs in Veloka – we dithered on the ramp as long as we did because we were sure you had them, but when someone poked their head around the corner all we could see was a cata. You have no reason to believe me, but the first I heard about someone glitching and taking out your siege was here. And I am sure I am not alone in feeling mighty peeved someone on our side would do such a thing.
You guys put up a heck of a fight, it was so much fun – I am truly sorry some turnip on my server chose not to play fair.

Congrats to IoJ for keeping FA out of your keep for 6 or more hours. I don’t know how you kept getting those mortars up to take out our trebs, but it was much fun to finally take it all down.
I look forward to doing this again, should you manage to bring your keep to full power again sometime this week. Your defenders did wonderfully, but in the end our sheer numbers made the day, and a treb on the Anz mountain that you finally couldn’t hit.
Also, yes, FA is getting sloppy (I’m on FA) and the reason is no competition. So we just karma train around all day, don’t even bother holding what we take. 30 minutes after taking IoJ keep, it’s theirs again.
This will continue until such time as we lose again and have to reevaluate our strategies. Until then, we will continue karma training and wot. So you know, just join in on the train, take back the things we zerg from and enjoy the easy living world achievements.

I was specifically referring to the PPT game. As I was not on FA until right before leagues started I have no idea what FA did prior to this, though from what I have heard they had just gotten done with a 6 or 7 week cycle against T1 servers and had bleed a couple big NA guilds to JQ.
I do know for a certain fact that all the guilds on FA are using this as prep for when leagues are over. We are solidifying our core groups and working on strategy and just melding as guilds so we can take on the inverse relationship we have been experiencing lately. People may complain about FA coverage (which to be honest is absurd for Silver League) but from what I have heard of Gold, its full maps all the time. I’m looking forward to it.
If you would like more even fights, feel free to contact any number of guilds on FA. I’m confident that they would be ecstatic to face you in even numbers. Many of us are GvG guilds as well. Drop us a line.

I don’t expect you to understand, but we’ve been frustrated with how little amount of competition we are getting, I am not an offensive commander, I have never been, yet I was in EB last night attacking a keep, what does that say to you? And that little comment about you being there when we fought BG, but not me? PRO has been in FA since the start, and so have I. I’ve been there commanding in FA BL since we were getting smashed by CD, TC, and YB because we just didn’t have the coverage. I was there before the IoJ transfers that gave us the numbers we needed to stay competitive, and I will be there even when the server begins to die, if it ever does. I admit, I was out of my element, doing something I don’t usually do, but at least I tried and learned from it. I do not, however, appreciate tagless CORE members throwing down siege keeping us from building what we need to get built, you were in our TS, we see your names. And I do not appreciate you making assumptions and starting something when you have no prior knowledge about me or my guild. You can come back with a better attitude about things and try to work as a team, or leave the server because if you can’t then it’s clearly not for you.
Wow, lol. This is fun to wake up to. Yes, it’s the 4th week of leagues. SBI hasn’t been the only server to match us in skill, it’s been the only server to match us in coverage. There’s quite a difference there. Having a map queued (and more than one at that) while another server is outmanned does not take skill, that’s a population issue. I’ve been on the other side of those outmanned fights and I’m sure you have too. I was giving props where props where due. My comments in map chat weren’t directed at you, but the map in general. I’m sorry there were other tags up but they were making it very confusing for the militia. I joined your channel because that’s where you guys were deciding to lead from, not in the EB channel.
I was not trying to start anything, solely giving the hopelessly outmanned server some props for holding us off for as long as they did. I also happen to have friends still over there, and was trying to encourage them in a system (leagues) where the odds are completely stacked against them. I wanted that keep flipped, and I put a bounty on it last night. Just found it a little ridiculous that with our numbers the bounty I put out at 10pm or so est went unmet until at least 5am est when I called it a night. Nothing against you, and definitely nothing against PRO. You did a good job all things considered, but please keep an open ear to wombat, he was giving pretty clutch advice throughout that went mostly unheeded.
I love FA and I wouldn’t leave if you paid me. I’ve just seen what happens to a server’s morale when the pvdoor and karma train hits legitimate resistance again. I’ll be happily fighting alongside those who are there after that, and hopefully without the queues.
IOJ schooled FA tonight in keep defense in EB. Frankly, I’m mostly just proud of IOJ. We were disorganized and running multiple tags most of the night. FA is already in the karma train mentality and is getting soft I think. We had the map queued, and IOJ had (I’m guessing) 30 people on the map? Great job IOJ.
FA could be in for some rude awakenings once leagues are over and we’re at a population disadvantage again.
You seem to be forgetting that this is FA’s 8177168th week into leagues and the only server even close to a legitimately equal opponent we met in battle was SBI. You expect us to take every aspect of these match ups seriously? Whoa, calm down. Knowing Vis, he wasn’t calling you out or making snide remarks to elicit responses.
I was tagged for the first two of your attempts and logged out when you started your third. I mean this as constructively as possible, but the attempts were a bit sloppy. A lot stragglers were scattered all over the place to get picked off. Our waypoint wasn’t contested for 10 minutes or so (you could just have a thief knock on watergate); I broke my armor wp’ing and running back into your golems. Your zerg got cut in half when our inner wall fell; half went onto the walls to clear siege and half got wiped at the choke (nevermind the Engi that glitched into Vel to kill our trebs).
And I say this with the utmost respect. It was a fun fight, and the bags more than compensated for my armor repair. Hope we’ll keep seeing similar fights throughout the week.

I said they were the only Ebay guild to provide a challenge— I was not on last night so I cant speak for then. A challenge does not necessarily mean it was difficult, it means they gave a decent fight while all the other ebay guilds just go squishys quish squish.They wiped us once, after that we wiped them a lot after that.
Still only FA guild I know of that gave us a challenge is CORE, Bomb continually wiped against us the nights I was on, I dont believe we’ve fought HOPE yet in the open field and RET.. Well we’d insta lose to that blob unless we holed up in some tower or keep.
BTW Mend doesnt run 40+, We run 20-25 nightly generally. The only time we approached 40 was reset night at 37 people online, but many were stationed hills or flipping camps back and forth that were with us, we had ~6-7 members in queue. So I mean that left us at our usual 25ish.
The only fight i remember we lose agasint mend was reset night, i only have 5-10 BOMB with me.
And ofc we die ^^, my guild dont go in full force in resets, we are more a support team in Reset, but good to know you remember the name ^^.
I dont even care about IoJ, i expend my time in Ebay ! I could care less IoJ ^^

Can you take the rest of FA with you during Euro prime, we as a server field maybe 20 total for euro prime. Ebay fields way, way more. Tell them to stop pvdoor and take on somewhat more of a challenge :c

I’m actually kind of insulted for FA guilds. While I am obviously biased and would say CORE is the best, I can say that other guilds on FA would have just as easy of a time wiping MEND in the open field. And all of them in situations of even numbers.
