I’ve noticed coverage across our 3 servers have dropped pretty significantly the past week compared to leagues. BG’s Oceanic got hit especially hard (dat 90 PPT!).

Don’t really know where y’all came from to be honest, but glad you’re here now. APeX was battling so much skill lag and a horrible comp for the night (2 guardians was our entire front line for the whole night :< ), but rest assured we are definitely looking forward to seeing more of DN in the future.
Also, it’s been nice seeing HzH break off from the pack to fight as a guild lately. We’ve had a few fights with them and although they need some work, they’re definitely going in the right direction.

I’m guessing you’re mad that a JQ built a treb in spawn? So you thought it would be a good idea to glitch into JQs spawn to kill it? I don’t know who built it but a lot of the main wvw guilds have discussed this and agreed that its poor form to build a treb there so we don’t. It was probably some random person who ran the supply. Though it should also be pointed out that the first treb of this type spotted in a T1 matchup was from BG.

JQ did this spawn treb almost every time the NE tower was taken last week by either server. In fact there was a 4-5 hour period last week where bg and jq traded this tower and jq only used this treb to break in during that time period.

Our chinese/taiwanese guild commanders do that too. Great seeing them try using english despite it being a second language.

I’m more upset about him specifically acting all high and mighty like BG could do no wrong when a day doesn’t go by without us seeing our little asuran mesmer friend doing his thing after over 2 months of daily reporting. JQ doesn’t hold that against the BG server at large and we’ve had quite a few talks with BG leaders about it and its almost as frustrating for them as it is for us. So he shouldn’t come on here posting about how evil JQ is when his server has its share of people that they can’t do anything about too.

Well, if that’s the case, then why are we letting this become a debacle over server vs. server? I doubt very much that most members of their respective servers promote or endorse the behaviors of the rather tiny minority, so why let the actions of the few be the voice for the many? In the words of Gandhi himself, “Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.”
I see a lot of bashing and mudslinging going back and forth, but typically always between the same set group of individuals. Maybe you should focus your anger towards them and remember that nobody else really cares enough to be setting out on personal vendettas against rival servers. Most of us enjoy the competition and leave it all on the field where it belongs.

So you are saying you would rather not know this is happening? Apparently, even without calling out individuals or guilds (even though thats what the message says) posts will still get removed.

I didn’t call out the guild or player on purpose, but that thing was up for a long long time, and the only way to deal with it was rush the legendary defenders. The server in general was benefiting from it for over an hour.

If your irritated about being lumped in with a griefer, think how we feel.

Hell, mostly it was posted as a joke, I didn’t think everyone would freak out so much.

At least now a few more people know about it.

Doesn’t say a whole lot aside from peeps being burnt out from leagues thus taking a break ingame doing other chores like pve Holiday content, leveling alts, crafts etc. and or playing with their shiny new XboxOne or PS4 console.

I totally agree with you, judging from the general absence of a lot of folks from all 3 servers, I would have to add that the leagues actually accelerated attrition rates due to the massive overtime put in by a lot of folks. The drop in numbers can be felt across all time zones. Coupled with XBOX One/PS4 and the holidays, I am not surprised (and saddened) that the numbers are such. Although GW2 is another blip in a long list of games, I do hope that it will it be a long blip.

Probably can add in EotM beta to the current distraction as well. Its running for 24 hours today as of midnight server time.

The JQ Citadel Treb

I’m the one who helped build that and then operated it for the short time it took to take out the NE tower walls. I had no clue this was considered “griefing” and certainly won’t do it again.

Kudos to the BG who managed to storm citadel, though. Was an awesome rush by you guys to take out the treb. I didn’t realize it was even possible to do that!

To the Not So {CALM} warrior in JQ – fun times tonight. 8 ragequits and like 30 deaths. Can you actually do anything besides run (unsuccessfully) and fear people off ledge (unsuccessfully)? Most fun I have had in awhile, thanks for entertaining me.

Props though for running back relentlessly. Most would have quit after the first 10 deaths.

A new, non-ppt focused, guild created few hours ago in JQ. Here are some videos of [BFD] vs BG and SoR.

SoR is the strongest server here as you can see..

• Hills - 3 Way: (P1) (P2)
• 3 Way: (Open Field) (SW Camp) (Ruin)
• SoR: (P2)

Overall, I think HB is the strongest guild in BG. Fights with them seem to last the longest in general. I would also say Apex, but they didn’t have the number and it was kind of unfair.

• EE: (P1) (P2) (P3) (EE + Apex)
• HB: (P1) (P2)
• Farming in BG BL with SF: (P1) (P2) - HB/GoF and maybe some KnT?

Appreciate the compliment, hints. Watched a few of the clips. It was interesting to see it from another perspective and to hear our opponent talk about us midfight. “25-30 BEHIND YOU ON THE BRIDGE!” (That was actually 11 APeX and thats it lol). We only ran 12 max tonight but it was a lot of fun. Keep the fights coming! Hopefully we’ll be able to close up the numbers gap between our two groups and see what it would look like then.

Interesting. I was at work the entire evening and just got home, it would seem I missed the opportunity to fight this new [BDF]. Looking forward to crossing paths in the future.

It’ll be interesting and fun to see Apex field 15-25 while keeping the same quality as you do now, or better (I for one believe playing better today than yesterday is something that any “open field regular” should be cognizant of). I personally have fun fighting you guys and look forward to a more leveled field when we clash in the future hopefully.

Is it just me or does BG have a problem with JQ? It seems like every time I log on, BG is fighting JQ and leaving SoR alone.

Just my attempt to read PPT shenanigans (which is not my forte by any means). BG knows that after the weekend is over, SoR won’t be able to maintain its current pace, as a result BG is more inclined to hit JQ and play the map since JQ might be able to overtake them while SoR won’t even with the slight lead we have over JQ right now.

I’m not worrying about it too much. It just means I can log on gw2 whenever and find a fight. It just means playing less for PPT and more for fights, which is cool with me.
