I need to congratulate NSP for how organized their offensive tactics are ( Atleast their particular guild). Today they ninja’d SM from us, again! Yep, it ticked us off, we were outmanned and facing DH’s zerg and keep’s trebs while NSP golem rushed SM. Later on we managed to successfully hit NSP’s garri down, only for the same NSP golem rush to take our EB LL keep down.

I’ve been on most of the day, and it has been kittening stressing for me, probably because of Rob, lol. Dude, nice leading. That’s all I can say. We lost all our keeps in our BL with your 25 golems and a 40 man NSP zerg, hills and bay didnt stand a chance… but here comes the most frustrating and demoralizing part for me. The lost of garri.

I threw at least 2g on defensive siege, prepared it, made garri a bunker! I wouldn’t think no matter how many golems you guys had it wouldn’t fall… I was wrong, the constant sieging and smashing from different places had us all confused, and when that inner gate was gone we kept trying and trying to defend with all the sieges we had but yet we lost. I was laying in the middle of the lords room dead, watching ya take our garri and build a treb on top of my corpse. lol.

Even though you guys didn’t get to hold those keeps for long and really didn’t produce much points, you made a clear statement. I definitely underestimated NSP, so kudos to that team. Truth is, we weren’t just outmanned, we got outplayed. After you guys left our BL i had my morale and my pockets destroyed.

I’ve learned a lot during this week. Had a ton of fun and frustrating moments, the ratings, scores and such don’t matter to me at all at this point.

We were crushed last night from taking their BL.

I think all of NSP has enjoyed this matchup. Sad to see it come to an end personally. I know my little group of misfits has had a great time. No more tiers = crazy fights that don’t get stale.

It’s a week long fight. Like we said, deal with it. You’ll take our stuff, we’ll take your stuff, both sides will make screenshots doin’ their timezone of fame, and life goes on.

lol just Ran into a camp by myself and 2 NSP from RMPT are there. So while im there fighting them and the guards i kill one and the other gets me down…im expecting a bow but instead i get a Spam tea bag…from the one i killed no less..

I’ll flat out say that DH and IOJ have shown the least amount of individual skill out of every matchup I have seen so far.

You have absolutely no individual or small party people roaming, and your zergs during EST prime time have zero situation awareness. In IOJ’s favor, at least they try to fight outside of camps when they only “slightly” outnumber me, or the small party I run with.

DH on the other hand, holy hell you guys hide even when it is 2 to 1 odds, while I was solo on a warrior of all things. In our guild mumble, I don’t even call you DH anymore. On my thief (stealthless build btw), I now just call you free loot bags if I see you running around solo or in a small party.

Hopefully we get matched up with BP or GOM again, so that there are some guilds that know how to fight. I’m convinced that DH would be bottom of tier8 if they didn’t have a sea of stupid to throw at walls and doors.

I have fought some good players from DH so I have to disagree, but IoJ seems to only run in packs in my experience. I am sure they have the roamers but I have yet to find one.

The few people that post here from IoJ are commanders, if they roam it’s as a thief or a class that can solo a camp to earn points for mother Janthar. I know there is some people who do fight clubs since there organized and offer respect to each combatant. The people you might encounter (Including me) who are alone are people running back to an objective that was issued by a commander. I don’t roam solo since it’s not as productive or lucrative as a Mesmer and there is safety in numbers.

I can understand that WvW offers way to show off your PvP skills in 1v1 matches but IoJ skill is not set in PvP skill but in tactical skill and communication (Even though both pale to some servers). We run in groups because it gets the job done faster and safer then having one person run and take objectives, though if some one manages to solo a camp while I am off commanding the group I will give them mad props.

Please do not confuse the PvP skill with group skill since there are a lot more skills in play for WvW. I am sure the Darkhaven you kill who are solo are trying to avoid combat so they can get back to there commander, especially if there carrying vital supplies for a siege.

I really do like the orb arena! It has places for fans to sit and eat thier popcorn….Now that I think of it my “dentist” doesn’t approve of popcorn. Bad for the teeth and stuff.
