Come on. This has to be the stupidest matchup ever.
2 weeks ago, before anet introduced this “new and improved” formula, our server (SOS) was 10th on the rank, in tier 4. After 1 weeks of getting run over by TC mega size zerg, not only they put us with the same server, but now with SOR that has the highest rating of all server? We lost 70 percent of our players coming to wvw last match up because of all the bullying we got from T2 servers, and they were ALL hoping to get better match up, such as Maguuma, Kaining, or Yaks. Not only they tied us with TC again, but with SOR. Gets your kittens to gether. There is NO WAY, we will not get farmed against these two servers. Such dumb system. Enjoy your WvW chest SOR.

You can’t help but see the similiarties to the last time SoR and TC faced eachother so many weeks before. SoR the new champ of T2, fat with the transfers from SBI vs TC, and the shell of SBI. While I feel bad for SoS, I truly hope you guys put up as much fight as you did last week and don’t simply fade despite how fair it clear isn’t. Otherwise it will be bad for both of us.

Not likely I’m afraid. We really needed a more realistic match this week, instead we got a worse one. It will be a learning experience for our pugs that’s for sure.

And then my ISP decides reset on me… sad day…

New record, only 20 mins into the matchup before SoR TS3 got DDoSed!

The prevailing psychology of the players who started on Sanctum of Rall is to equal the threat it’s under at any given time. We neither have fun being steamrolled nor steamrolling amid unfair competition. I personally prefer to patrol SoR borderlands alone.

Most of the our ‘militia’ was drawn to Wv3 by BG (and on a rare occasion or two, JQ) because of all the boastful trolling on forums and in-game. If the ‘bear’ isn’t being poked (and quite hard at that), it’s content to sleep, so to speak.

I do need 176 more badges for some new ascended rings though.

Ahh we’re going to get slaughtered.

Nevertheless, TC was fun last week, and it will be interesting to fight SoR. Best of luck everyone

-81k to our overall ppt just for getting this matchup. Anet makes it so SOR can’t let SOS get anything or we lose rank. It’s the ppt and the way Anet has this set up that makes our server feel like we have to camp SOS at their spawn to maintain overall rank.

On a more positive note, hopefully this will allow for some smaller teams/squads to form if SOS and TC don’t have a 50 man Zerg running in all 4 maps. Smaller guilds running more on their own this week sounds like fun.

SoS and TC should team up. Would be hard to get everyone on board with it but BG and JQ did a pretty good job of this in EB during the weekend and lead to really awesome yet kinda laggy fights.
