We all thought you were trying to join because of our mesmer, and Knatty kept declining the invitation. As far as getting separated, I over extend a bit and get a little over aggressive, and Knatty (the driver) kept yelling at me to get back to the group.

I personally believe DB’s normal WvW population doesn’t stand a chance against TC’s normal WvW population. Since our last matchup, when DB was defeated easily, DB lost Agg, while TC has gained RE, some others I don’t remember, and now WvW (where are the vocal Wagonbrand TCers today?). Congrats to TC. Hope you give JQ a run for its money. Nothing against JQ, just the T1 servers are all aching for some matchup variety.

Who is WvW? Where did they come from? How many? What is their primary time-slot? Just trying to figure out when the best roaming times are going to be when facing TC.

TC can definitely put some bodies on the field. [RE] appears to be quite the find; I’ve seen an exceptional amount of that tag the past two days, but that could just be happenstance.

Also, after watching [GF] from EB sit there and pick off stragglers reinforcing Bay in DBBL while you waited for [RE] to do the dirty work, I was very excited to see you all huddle in the corner of Lord’s and get your kitten handed to you.

Actually, you did, while you guys were outside of outer, near our treb. We had 2 ACs on the inside of that wall, on the ground (not on the wall), and they were killed by an AC.

And by “you”, I mean TC..not you specifically.

That is not zoom hack, that is a very normal procedure to take out siege in front of lord room. You need to build your AC’s at the bottom of the first set of stairs or on the right of the stairs (in lord room) both can still AC outside but cant be countered easily.

That AC should barely be able to take out the trebb, not the AC’s that are directly on the other side of the wall.

Suggest you tell SOR that they did same to us a few times thought same but asked they showed me could be done easily.Showed some intresting legal positions for the NW tower too that can clear all internal siege .
Its not next wall is at outer edge of the lower external tower can take ac other side wall and treb easily.

I don’t think of rB as a good guild. I saw the video of your last GvG with EB. The cheating (you had pugs hopping in and out, more than 20, and you started the skill point) was terrible. EB clearly won that one… Mainly because of the cheating and GvG is usually bout of 3 or out of 5. And they won those even with the cheating…

Is it really a zoom hack if you’re not using any external programs, just making use of the game engine?

The south hills and lords room ac attacks are not zoom hacks. They are wider FOV and legit according to the devs because it requires no 3rd party programs. It only requires one to go into windowed mode.

You haven’t noticed the pattern yet? Every server below whatusedtobe tier 2 spits out one of the following excuses for every battle or piece of territory lost:
-Zoomhacks
-Nightcapping
-Skillless zergs

Nothing is ever lost because they were outplayed or out tactic-ed. Only unfair play.

Another reason I liked the stable FA/TC/DB matches more than these new matchups. I got enough of these excuses while DB was actually in tier 5.

Addendum: Whatusedtobe Tier 2 and up servers still spit out plenty of excuses. Double teaming is a popular one. But it is nice to face playerbases that don’t resort to “Zoomhack!” everytime they see an arrow cart placement they weren’t smart enough to think of themselves.

ACs covering the south hills gate from the upper cliff inside the walls can be hit by an ac on the south cliff outside the walls… with no special tricks or hacks. I’ve done this, and you can too. Just learn to turn the camera to make the most of what you can see.

I recall hearing that RE had 55 ppl in EB on reset night (and more in queue) out of 94
online. By the time I got in EB, it was somewhat less. In any case, our typical numbers have run from 20-40 at most other times.

All servers do this. Technically it is not a hack, it’s taking advantage of certain viewing angles in windowed and tri-screen monitor setups. To report something for what anet has knowingly allowed and has done nothing to change certainly would tell you that they do not care, no?

I say its inconclusive and here is why.

You never went to the front of the tower to check for any ac’s that would have covered the 1-2 questionable circles. Almost all the circles are accessible from that hill at that tower with a wider FOV.

TC can definitely put some bodies on the field. [RE] appears to be quite the find; I’ve seen an exceptional amount of that tag the past two days, but that could just be happenstance.

Also, after watching [GF] from EB sit there and pick off stragglers reinforcing Bay in DBBL while you waited for [RE] to do the dirty work, I was very excited to see you all huddle in the corner of Lord’s and get your kitten handed to you.

In fact, I could post the hour of us sniping both TC and DB’s 50+ zerg tail and even withstanding both your zergs w/ our measly little 12-15 for a considerable amount of time….

Picking off stragglers from behind is a valid tactic – find another entrance, or don’t run in there alone. TC has many a time sat back and watched the keep/tower turn over play out before moving in for the cap. It’s a lil dirty, but we like it.

And as for 10-12 holding off a huge zerg, much respect. I’ve been there.

It’s sad that a server that is running on the top of the match up needs to use hacks to kick the underdog.

Funny, EP was complaining that EBay was doing the zoom hack.

If we’re talking about the same event. I was the only one on the ac and no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t make it reach OVER the wall to hit your ac. Your group, however, did not have that issue.

Uh? we didn’t take any AC with another AC in hills, we only had catapults on inner and rams on outter.

Do you realize we had 5+ necros and we can take any AC near the walls right ? no need for AC, it is faster with necros. L2NECRO :-P

Edit: I just remember we had to put an AC before going to lord rooms, you guys had a ballista just in the way, and that doesn’t require skills to take it down.

OH I know what your talking about. I was there for that exact engagement. I was also on a superior AC. The AC was not far outside the door in actually, we noticed no damage wakittenting there so we dropped 1 or 2. We were well close enough to see inside. You probably don’t believe that but its ok.

I also do not have a tri screen set up. I was simply close enough to see inside.

I don’t think of rB as a good guild. I saw the video of your last GvG with EB. The cheating (you had pugs hopping in and out, more than 20, and you started the skill point) was terrible. EB clearly won that one… Mainly because of the cheating and GvG is usually bout of 3 or out of 5. And they won those even with the cheating…

I personally believe DB’s normal WvW population doesn’t stand a chance against TC’s normal WvW population. Since our last matchup, when DB was defeated easily, DB lost Agg, while TC has gained RE, some others I don’t remember, and now WvW (where are the vocal Wagonbrand TCers today?). Congrats to TC. Hope you give JQ a run for its money. Nothing against JQ, just the T1 servers are all aching for some matchup variety.

We were in no way trying to take/ninja Bay… we have no illusions of grandeur. 15 people are NOT going to take out 2 massive 50+ person zergs.

We were there just to cause havoc, get some bags and mess with you guys… cuz honestly, its’ fun, and we don’t run away when out-manned.

We were trying to set up counter siege to the counter seige. In fact we had set up catapults, supporting you guys while you guys were at North Inner, but you turned on us. /grin

oh, the memories. BP and AR used to accuse EB of using hacks, and we would tell them “l2play”. we had gotten pretty good at telling the difference between what was legit and what was hacking, but we may have, ahem, “missed a spot”.

there are a lot of spots that I’ve gone to and switched to windowed mode so that I can see for myself what is possible, and what’s not possible. it seems I have some more spots I need to add to my list.

if we’ve been making false accusations for legitimate AC spots, then I apologize on behalf of EB (this is a lie, of course; each of us can only speak for ourselves — none of us posts on behalf of the whole server).

And that spot is 2 the left or right of the doorway into Hills lords. Just don’t go to far or you simply wont have an angle. Don’t need windowed mode for it. Many times however this spot is not possible simply due to AoE. Why there was no AoE hitting there I am not certain. Usually the AC’s in Lords can hit that spot simply by shooting outside the lords room and aiming slightly left or right.

I’ll have to try this, then, since I did see you pressed right up in the corner on the AC. Sorry if the accusations are false – you know it’s frustrating for us, especially if we think we see foulplay going on. I’ve never been able to hit the inside like that, on the ramp up to the lord’s room in NW tower, so naturally people (like me) would think it’s foulplay.

I’m calling out DB for golem abuse.
