the CENTER of the AC CIRCLE is ON TOP of the wall, you can’t place the AC circle there without some “Help” and like I said before more AC wakittenting me where I stand and to the right of me.

Do I need to explain WvW mechanics to you? You center your AC shot, you do not pick the point of each and every volley. The attacks from an AC and the circles they generate drift each tick. I can also get a ground target with my bow over the lip of that staircase in that screenshot by aiming at the lip that runs along the edge of the stairs.
Go home kalkz zerg, your commander lets us stack 25 bleed/25 vuln/burn and epi him.
