I haven’t been playing this matchup at all (mostly), just farming Ori and Ancient Wood on all my chars every day. 500 Weaponsmith/Artifice done, 30 points in Huntsman left to go…

Of course mag’s gonna pull out omegas… how else will we lure you out of towers? I think I’ve dropped like 40 ballistas this week without the intention of building them just to make people go ‘oh crap let’s rush those siege sites!’ and get down off of walls. The next alternative is of course to just break the walls.

Not sure what the point of your post is, we did have omegas during the week. Only way to keep ebay’s guilds from tower hugging was to knock down the towers…

They run out to omegas, they run out to siege sites, they lose places to hide in when the towers aren’t theirs and they come out to take them back.

No, it was to break up monotony. The new ranking system was created so servers could have the possibility of fighting more than just the same 3-4 servers. Ranks only determine who it is more likely for you to fight. You could even face BG! Even though it may be a .017% chance, it’s still possible.

The leagues are coming, what in the world makes you think ANet cares about being fair? Good luck to you.

At 6.37am Friday morning, Kaineng players engaged a Maguuma zerg boosted by many Omega golems in open field combat. Despite lagging Magumma by 140k points and less than 24 hours to reset, Kaineng rose to the threat and came to protect their paper towers and keep. This shows tenacity and fighting spirit.

On top left corner of picture, you can see this lvl 80 warrior partied with a lvl 21 necromancer and lvl 72 elementalist. The lvl 80 warrior is using a long-bow and having skills in bar that suggest a team support build. This is very admirable and rare to find ! A player that puts his friends and team-mates before himself to help them out. He was not running the more fun PvP condition builds to ensure a higher chance to win fights but chose a build that benefits the team.

Next look at the chat box, polite and sensible chat text that shows very civilized players. All these points to quality players. A picture like this is much better than the generic propaganda that many servers post in their recruitment thread.

And talking about winning – we knew we were not going to make up the 140k points difference in less than 24 hours, but that didn’t stop us from coming out to fight the leading server in this match-up.

If anyone has pictures taken 5mins after this picture, you will see many dead bodies and Omega Golems on the floor and the rest of the Magumma Zerg hiding inside SM Castle with their superior ACs and ballistas. In my point of view, we won this fight and beat back their zerg.

I tried searching for this Sol guy…..still have not found him. Seriously, there is no one in Kaineng, how hard can it be to find him!!

Anywho, I would say that this was a fun week, but YOU all know that saying this week has been fun would be an exaggeration. Mags, I don’t blame you guys for beating up a solo roamer, duo, triplet…you guys are probably looking for anything to kill and even if it was 1v1 the majority of you guys are still fairly good. I do want to say that you guys are sensible and enjoy a good duel without stomping the hell out of someone (though one of your runners did come by, attack me during a duel so 2v1 for a bit and stomped me without realizing I was in duel on a good note, he came by and cried by my dead body afterwards when he realized what he had done lol)

Overall, SWaG and iLL, you guys sure like to run together, I don’t think we ever had a zerg the same size as your two guilds this whole week (biggest group I saw on KBL was like 13 people lol). AzN, nice to see some new guilds from Mag getting in some action, but don’t pick on the small guy anymore lol. ARK, I like your style, it sucks being on the receiving end of the stick, but I guess if I’m gonna get beat, might as well be beat with a big stick lol (it’s better to die fast than to run away and realize your opponents were letting you run but not let you get away)

EE from Ebay, you guys were the only group that I consistently ran into. You guys really like to guard your yaks lol. Nonetheless, it was fun fighting you guys as well. Though the match itself was not too fun, it’s always nice seeing Mags, only this time we’re 10X weaker than we were the last time we met. Good luck on your next match and both servers, stop bullying Kaineng. We’re going to join our buddies in T8 now

You are running the standard cookie cutter support guardian build. Mag has bloodlust buff. Your team all lvl 80s and food buffed except the lazy one. Suggest penalty of buying one stack of bluff food for guild bank. Killing grub because too bored probably ?

I am Hwertu. In the proud tradition of Maguuma I only speak ALL CAPS in map chat. Maguuma only reads ALL CAPS. This is why there is nobody following Commander Lobsters Top Hat. He has yet to learn the ways of Maguuma.

We actually built the guild treb. It was too close to actually hit the grub.
