As it was once said in a IoJ vs DR thread (to lazy to find it I just remember) it’s hard to see your “superior tatics” behind your sea of red most of the time you’ll just wipe DR and GoM simply because you have double if not triple numbers on your side I’m not complaining about numbers or anything having fun time killing you guys seems to be answer to a lot of your problems in a fight is throw more bodies on it till you win which in my case means I’m going be knee deep in loot bags smiling on my AC for when you guys finally do win lol.

Don’t read too much into the tactics argument, every server has sects of people that think that what they are doing is vastly superior and feels the need to post: words/vids/pics to the point.

I have always said: Give me 15 people on VoiP and we will wipe 30 pugs. That is the way it is supposed to happen, if 30 pugs are ever beating your 15 that are on voice comms, then shame on ya. (The overall point being: coordinated groups should be wiping uncoordinated zerglings)

No one on SF I can assure you, is under the assumption that we do not outnumber you. And I would venture to guess that 80-90% of our population is smart enough to realize that the server with the most coverage (us this week), wins the match. (Tactics decide individual fights, and individual captures/defenses, so tactics are of course very important; but WvW is too big of a coverage contest for them to usually “win or lose” a match for you).

We used our communication to wipe your Zerg in DR multiple times yesterday. Yes we lost EB keep but we kept u out of hills when the inner gate was 25% after you wiped the poor GoMers that were there. Dialed my friend spirit up and that was a good laugh of a wipe.

Also saw 5 lost catapults at nw tower from the EWOK ele commander and some warrior commander. We took out all 5 of yours with one catapult then proceeded to eat your numbers. I personally downed 2 of your commanders at least 3 times in less than an hour.

I don’t care that we are outnumbered every time I log on. Gives me something fun to do.

Farmed thier guild groups for quite a while out there with about a third of thier numbers with our small group teams.
Was some funny kitten seeing them freeze in thier tracks every time we ran into them.

I failed to see your proof and your own guild tag. I’m not ashamed to show mine. Yes my guild has uplevels from the champ farming in queensdale being taught wvw basics in the BLs. Pretty big if that’s who you were farming. Only people that have put up a good fight when evenly matched or even out numbered have been some GoM roamers in DR BL. I been playing defense all week. But as soon as wvw fires back up I’ll be sure to drop by ur BL. I will even meet you at windmill if you want to test your metal.

Well if DH keeps dropping points and we keep gaining them rank 17 is ours.

On a related note WvW is disabled because ANet messed up the matches in the last patch.

Only thing that concerns me is keeping NSP where they are and not allowing any of those servers who (shall remain nameless) are sandbagging trying to get into the bronze league.

I say that not because I want to “win”, but because I want this thing to be as “even” as it possibly can. While it still will be lopsided in many matches, I think anyone who has seen the YB’s/Kains of the world can understand the sentiment of “even as it possibly can”.

Edit: Yeah… just got trampled by the 25+ zerg that it took to get our Bay in SF BL, rofl. We had 3 defenders holding off against 5+ AR with 2 golems, then the zerg grew… and grew… and grew… eventually getting to a big zerg >.<

PvE, I wanted to blow my brains out. This coming from a guy who only PvE’d up until a month ago.

Hopefully I’ll get a chance to jump on tonight after work. Had some fun the other night 1v1 with another guardian and then it became a 4 or 5v1, so not as fun.

Maybe I’ll get to do so again before this match is up.

Its all just hearsay from what ive read so far but I can attest to running in a group of less than 10 and mowing down a pretty large SIX guild zerg without much difficulty multiple times on a few nights.

A SIX Zerg is funny. Biggest group I ran in was 3 last night and 2 of em had too much Jack to be worth anything but a loot bag. I do recognize StaR. You guys are pretty solid. I’m pretty sure I have seen you guys at fight night back when EDGE was here.

I never said my guild was elite either. We have a long way to go still. When you are explaining what supplies are used for and where to get them you don’t focus on how to make a build for roamer battling.

lol there is really a dr warrior charr that runs sw/war gsword for the runaway ability resets the fight on me like 5+ times as he cant touch my hp and as he resets the fight again i swap weapons to keep up with him running away and gged him lol he did the same exact thing at south camp cept i didnt need to swap weps on him cuz he rushed into a wall trying to run away so i gged him lawl

Hypocrite much? GoM often has few defenders against many attackers during off-hours, I’m sure neither DR nor SF has spared us during those times. It’s something every low pop server has to deal with, DR is no exception.

Just fought an SF guardian outside garrison in DR bl, enjoyed the fight a lot… that’s why once downed I left it with a salute and ran off to catch up with my comrades.

Some nice fights in DR bl, especially the three way battle over hills. Keep up the open field fights and don’t think about population too much

I’ve been working late, but I still pop in for my dailies. Have yet to get a good fight this week, though. I don’t know what it is with SF, but every time I run into any of their players who stray from the group, they either take off running the moment they see me or simply stop moving and let me kill them without even trying to fight back.

I suspect they’re secretly trying to avoid being in one of my videos.

I dunno, I feel like GOM has been competitive up until around the time East Coasters start to log out.

It feels like we are about even to around 1/2 the size zerg of DR and those fights have in my opinion been pretty fun.

Sorrows, you guys really REALLY outnumber us by 110-11PM EST. However we keep fighting usually for at least another hr or so if not longer, if you don’t feel like respecting that, that’s cool. Your prerogative. However don’t you think you should have +200 on us all the time not just when your hitting us 10 to 1?

That aint a complaint, More power to you for having the number of excited players to run that and kitten can you guys drop arrowcarts fast, but I don’t really understand crowing. Its actually not to your benefit for the rest of the matchup if we, you know, don’t come out.

I dunno, The few times we have been the “Big zerg meanies” on the block, I appreciated the hell out of the feisty few that made being out there something approximating fun. Zergs are boring as hell.

Both my guys are set up for aoe pressuring right now so haven’t done much (successful) soloing but the few times I have, even when beat down, its been fun.

Even you Mr. Ele that ran my kitten overchasing shrimp Engi into that stupid champ :p

And you Mr Thief who kept trying to get me to leave my group and fight him. Oh wait that’s all of you on every server.

I dunno, Up to that tipping point where its 200 to 20-40 I think this weeks fights have been pretty fun. Hell you guys know we have taken that mega zerg of yours a time or too as well (only a time or 2, you do a good job pressuring).

Also whichever of your commanders it is who calls for carts when you all stall out, your a good commander man I hope we adopt that tactic as well.

Thought there was a fight night today, but I went to all 3 bls and found no one.

Had a great night resetting GoMs BL. Even got to wipe SF or FC a few times.(whichever zerg that sea of red we face every night this week is). Hope you learned your lesson, If you going to AJ a garrison cap, make sure you don’t become the meat of the sandwich, even if you do have 3x the numbers.

Ok seriously, I’m seeing bad SF zerging quality here… This zerg in particular got wiped 2v10ish by me and a guildie alone b/c they wanted to zerg me while I was 1v2ing a few SF and spawn camped us to legendaries. If you allow that to happen as a commander… I have nothing to say… (Btw, had fun sitting on the commander that organized spawn camping 2 GoM :P)

(Took the pic midfight tho, had killed the commander once and a few beforehand wiped to legendaries.)
