Oh and to [BEAR] guild on TC BL last night. Those structures you took were mostly paper and we allowed you to take most of them to help keep SoS in the game and continue to fight as the week progresses.

I legitimately want them to stay in this fight because it’s more fun this way for all servers.

GODS PvDooring into the keep (you didnt need the golem with 80 people, come on now), staying in the keep without even hiding until we took it back. And then jumping in when the (very large) FA and SoS groups were fighting in hills lords room and stealing the last two ticks to cap it ;P We were laughing SO HARD about it

Well, we had like 20 people in the keep vs the 40~+ from each of the other servers. Later on we nearly got it waypointed, and tried to see what was going on in bay (like an hour long fight). Seemed FA was getting farmed pretty hard core, and eventually rage quit.

+1. I fondly recall both the BG/KN/TC and the FA/TC/DB T2 matchups, where the week was up in the air right up until Friday. Right now, both FA and SoS are giving great fights, and I’m finding myself setting an early alarm clock just so I can get an extra hour of fun in before work.

Side note – to the SoS Guardian coming out of South Camp on FABL a few hours ago (that quaggen’ed himself while crossing the bridge) – you, sir, are the reason I love this game so much. Laughed my backside off for a good five minutes. Well played!

Not yet, but I will be doing so when I get home from work! I found a build set that seems to work well…I won 1 1v1 last night, and lost 2..though those 2 loses were very close and long, great fights! With some help from a BLNT mesmer I think I finally settled on one. It’s fairly tanky!

You have to remember that it took a huge assist from JQ in order for us to beat SoR. Look what SoR did to us the previous week.
This week has been fun. Last night, there were constant 3 way fights outside between garrison and bay. It was not about ppt and everyone just fighting to fight. A great time. Much respect to CNB (best guild name btw), YOLO, STUN, PiNK, and the whole slew of FA people who fought.
You mean Agg. Not YOLO. It would take a skritt in Scrooge McDuck’s coin pool not to figure out who that large hammer train is, so not sure why they bothered.

I noticed this week that SoS does fine until about 1:45pm server time, when FA gets active.
The best thing I can come up with is that is about the time school students would be getting home on the East Coast of the US.

No, it’s just that I remember mods were deleting people’s posts at one point for having the chat showing in screenshots. Might have changed though
1. don’t zerg around in hammer traints (lol epic wvw)
2. don’t play as p/d thieves and run when half health
3. don’t play as zerk thieves and run after burst is blocked
So that leaves not many of you, but to those, the fights have been great so far.

There’s actually a lot of the old Kaineng WvW crew on SoS now – Rx, CNB and KA (a different KA than SoS’ current KA) all ended up there, transferring in that order in the weeks leading up to leagues.
